I was worried today would be a HITT day (still struggling through some sore muscles) but was pleasantly surprised by this nice Pilates session! ❤

This workout was great for sore muscles. I've found your muscles recover faster if you move some (despite the soreness), instead of just lying down and groaning in pain. lol
Will definitely come back to this if I need a low impact workout on rest/recovery days. Thanks for designing this workout!
This is going to be my permanent core workout .. those side planks made feel some deep muscles in my hips i didnt even know they existed .. a little bit chalenging and i love chalenges!! Thank you so much!!

this is such a nice workout! i've been doing this 2 week challenge on shuffle and i'm glad that for day 5 we had a pilates session (that i definitely wouldn't skip for another time) >
