I revisited this mediation. There’s a sense of knowing something that I’ve been running away from. I feel like my brain is synchronized. My posture has improved significantly with very little discomfort along my spine. I’m able to breathe deeper into my belly after this. Thank you. 🙏🏾

I did this meditation for the first time outside this morning. During the mudra, I heard a buzzing and looked over and saw a hummingbird looking at me! I am not sure if this is a sign from the soul, but this meditation did bring some positive vibrations this a.m. Thank you for the practice!
I felt a new kind of inner stature and then I heard this one resounding note. It was a tone. It was steady. Even now as I type this comment, I hear it. I reminds me of Ekstasis... The one note that ripples through all creation. Thank you.💜

I've always wanted to learn Kundalini yoga and kriyas but have not cared for much of the approach I've seen in the West. Interesting. With my eyes closed, doing this, to me it seemed like shimmering waves of golden light were penetrating my forehead reaching and activating my visual perception of it from within. The pattern was similar to the ripples of light at the bottom of a pool but golden in color and only visualized inside my brain/mind. The golden strings/whips of light seemed subdued and dampened in effect as they passed through my body to reach my brain. The final delivery in my mind was more like the flickering of light you would get by sitting next to a campfire in total darkness with your eyes closed. Hopefully I can get this the next time I do this. ❤
Wow...all of the sudden my breathing was long and deep and nourishing without trying to force in a deep breath. Feeling much calmer right after. Thank you🙏
I used to love meditating because I didn't like being in my body but after this Kundalini meditation, I felt present and good within my body! I'm only starting Kundalini meditation so this is a great introduction!
We really liked this for our younger parts because they like to sing but feel self conscious so the chants were a way to sing to bring about peace and safety, and that actually helped us to focus better than when we sit for silent meditations. Very cool, thanks so much!

I did this meditation today for the first time. Two minutes into it tears start running out of my left eye. I just felt so much sadness ❤❤ but will continue

Hi my first time hear and my experience was very different when doing any meditation….. I actually had a scent come in now anytime I breathe out my nose and I don’t know how to put a figure on it and I had a sensation to just cry ( my eyes was tearing) like I’ve been ignoring my inner self because everyone else has or as I supposed. And a feeling to forgive myself for that. Day 2: sharing my experience I plan on checking out other meditations but trying to just stay consistent in one. Today I felt more aware of stuck energies that’s still been around me. Also that same smell came back but this time when I breathe in. I also feel more aware in my body like I’m actually living… I’ll let you know tomorrow. Oh had a sensation to cry but it was less intense today Day 3: I actually did this many hours earlier but I forgot to share my experience. I remember feeling more aware in my third eye like there was a big amount of energy. I felt more in my soul like I felt it for a short time period so getting that sensation is like I know how to tune into it more especially with daily practice but today wasn’t emotional at all so 🎉 Day 4: Today was actually fun anytime I do this I actually had a whisper like my inner soul/voice was trying to communicate it didn’t last long but that moment was everything. My third eye again felt awakened or more conscious like physically my eyes was rolling back and I was slightly rocking but this been happening since I started I just bringing into awareness and actually yes I able to feel in my body more without much effort. I’m happy to be here Day 5: heyyy today actually shocked me bc my soul actually said hi how are you today and I’m like wait is that me. The sense came back where anytime I breathed out after the HAR practice it’s like I’m breathing in my own air and in my own energy and I’m also an empath. Every time there’s a sensation in my third eye that lets me be more conscious. My left ear felt like it was tingling it still actually is I’d prolly laugh if someone would to try whisper in it. This actually does help you connect deeper within yourself and once again I’m here for it!! Day 6: I do feel a deeper connection with myself every time I do this being fully invested. Sensation of wood always after the Har meditation. I do feel more aware of self and things poppped up for me that I don’t like/ my fade self was being shown. I also had gotten a message about I actually forgot but it’s an inner part of me. This encouraged me to again not follow but be a leader. I had visions of things already happened and a vision of me smiling but I couldn’t see it was more of a presence of my higher self Day 7: During my experience there was a moment I tapped in with myself fully in my frame being aware of my strong energy that I hold (light). Day 8: Didn’t do it used an excuse if tiredness Day 9: Same as day 8 but said I didn’t have time Day 10: was going to but forgot Day 11: did It and my senses coming back and just more self aware Day 12: actually seen a major impact. Felt warm sensation over my body ( heating up) I had a inner reflection of ‘rage’ I kept for something not happening as I expected to when I was little. And I didn’t realize I held on to it for so long. There’s this inner patience I’ve gained from doing this plus other kundalini meditation (yoga). I experienced a lot but majority is release
Welcome to kundalini yoga. Your senses get enhanced and the tension you hold gets released. There will be times where what you see and feel about yourself is hard. And that’s ok too.

Why was it that when I started to sing the wahe guru mantra to Dr.Sues melody of the Grinch who stole x-mas Christmas song the energy ran up my body like chills an seems to push against the top of my head? I'm like whoa dude. I have for many years been able to raise my energy from practicing Asatru, Wicca, & Druidry. But, this happened like almost instantly
I recently started getting into meditation and Kundalini practice. i’m very new to this world and every time i’m doing this type of meditation i always tend to cry, all my emotions come to surface. is that normal? btw i love your videos!! ❤

If you are new to kundalini yoga - start by doing different practices every day for 40 days. If you have e practiced for a while - do the same video everyday for 40 days.
Meditations can be 3, 7 or 11 minutes. For videos I choose shorter times to help people feel a sense of accomplishment. Too much too soon usually doesn’t work well for beginners.

All the elements of activating consciousness are present in KY. And also you are ready to receive. That’s an educated guess.
