Came across this video looking for a solution to a p0882 code on my 14 ram 2500. Almost every fuse was loose and ended up fixing my tcm low voltage code that had my truck in 4th gear limp mode. Thank you so much for the information. Saved me a tow bill and money to fix a problem that didn't exist.

Thanks for looking out! The Uconnect screen in my 21’ is in and out with green and purple lines running through it…sometimes it’s there sometimes it’s not. You can only see it against lighter backgrounds. Screens never been damaged and has a screen protector. Def checking my fuses now!
Your right, every square fuse was loose. I was hoping it had to be something like that because too many lights including the dash cluster was not working. Pushed on all of them to reseat and BINGO. Thanks for your video.
Buck and jerk gone. Thank You! Priceless 2018 3500 Cummins. I was going nuts looking over the whole truck looking for what was causing the non stop buck and jerk while driving. Fuse box, every fuse was very loose, BINGO fixed after a month of agrivation. The obvious U joints, carrier bearing, differential, traction control fail, and many other items I looked over waisting my time. I know the dealer would keep my warranty covered truck for a week and screw somthing else up on it and not fix the issue. they done it before! Oops, 4 wheel drive trashed when I got it back, you need a new transfer case$$$ payday, what? Stay away from the dealer, learn how to fix it yourself and dont let any monkey screw up your $90,000 truck.
Was your fuse blown? I keep blowing a fuse and the heated steering wheel and steering wheel controls will stop working. Not sure what is causing it. Cruise control will still work though. I've gone through more than a dozen fuses.

Funny to find your video. I just bought a 2023 1500, and I’m having an issue with my dash lights not wanting to shut off. First thing I did was check the fuse box under the hood and found this same issue. Never fixed my problem but I feel like when the dealership receives a vehicle this is something that should be checked regardless of it being a known problem. Going to check the fuse box in the truck today and see if they are loose too and hopefully have a problem solved without another dealership trip
Had random issues where the 12” display would have a random issue nearly every day and 1 day even had an airbag sensor failure to respond message. Read to check fuses, nearly all were halfway in, pushed em all in and no more issues since, on my 2022.
Same here drove it off the lot in Lake Charles and about 90% of them were lifted and not locked in i could hear them click in pretty nutz. On the HDRams forum they have a truck check list when picking up your truck thats near the top.
Dodge Ram and Ram have had a problem with the TIPM since it was introduced. TIPM stands for Total Integrated (Something) Module. It is supposedly basically a big Fuse Box. Unfortunately, it communicates with the PCM - Performance Control Module - which between the two controls everything about your Truck. I bought a new 2007.5 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually specifically to pull a 5th Wheel that we camp in. About 5 years ago, it went out and managed to take out the PCM along with it. They have changed these designs about 4 - 5 times and have never got it fixed. This was during the Chip Problem issues and the Dealer actually kept my truck over a month. When the TIPM is going bad but has not completely failed yet, you will notice some really strange things happen. One of the most common is your Passenger Rear Turn Signal/Brake light will stop working concurrently with something like your AC quit blowing cold. Replacing my TIPM and PCM cost me over $5000.00 to get them replaced. One last thing before you research online for yourself, Every 3 - 4 years, Dodge/Ram has revised these - supposedly to fix issues. NONE have been successful but it has created more issues. If you have a 2007.5 like mine, there are no new replacements, however, there are one or more companies who repair these and the TIPM is basically Plug and Play. They're on about the 5th iteration. Good Luck - You'll need it when yours goes out. And it WILL!
Man the electrical issues on these newer vehicles are just awful. My 21 RAM 1500 5.7 has 70k on it now, not a SINGLE issue whatsoever. I lucked out lol. I’ve seen dozens of RAM owners just having the worst experience with their brand new vehicles.
I had a blackout on 2016 rebel twice, first time had it towed and dealer couldnt find issue except told me battery was getting weaker... second time was about 2 weeks after i got it back and died right in the drive through window at bank .. fuses were all good..but what i discovered was somehow my big feet disconnected the wire harness, once i hooked that back up and ziptied that wayyyy out of the way , i havent had problem like that again.
Hey Paul,thanks for sharing. Question for you, we’re out on a camping trip as well. Any tips for fueling on these trucks with high flow diesel nozzles? Every fill up, I can get the handle squeezed about 1/4 of the way, anymore than that, the fuel overwhelms the fill tube and the pump clicks off. Have you or your guys figured a way around this? Feels kind of silly to fill a 50 gallon tank with a high flow nozzle and I can’t take advantage of the high flow. Random other question, did you ever spend any time in Pittsburgh?
I saw you had a pusher intake I have the same year and would like the same intake can you tell me who it's made by or do the 2018 push your intake also work on the 2021
My 18 2500 6.7 ac blower just stopped working. Replaced it with no luck, replaced the resistor even though it looked fine and all the pins tested on it. The plug to new blower was getting power when you would turn on switch with voltmeter. Checked fuse box and fuse was good (not broken) from first glance. Pulled it anyways and one side of it was burnt black so replaced it but still no blower motor power. I looked over all fuses and every singe one was up 1/8” and had to pop each one down. Don’t know how nothing else got burnt out but I’m gonna be pulling the box out tonight and looking at the wires going into hvac blower fuse. I’m sure it’s all fried 😡
It’s probably the inherent vibration that inline 6 Cummins have at idle, about like the gm 4.3, not very balanced from the factory. That vibration will work at stuff like that. Also could potentially be any rough roads you drive on, there’s a bad one that leads to my place of work, and it doesn’t matter what I drive, after about a week I can check my fuses and stuff and nearly every fuse will move. But if I take another, smoother, road to my work, my fuses won’t move when I press on them. Just some thoughts.
My buddies 2014 with the 6.4, our work truck which is a 2017 with the 6.4 and my 2017 Cummins all had this problem. I don’t think it’s specific to what motor is in it, just bad quality control
so i have a 14 ram 3500 and my issue is that the interior electronics come on and off by itself without a key. im wondering if a bad fuse could do this? i didnt think to check all of the fuses because i assumed if a fuse was bad the interior lights simply wouldnt work at all. now im thinking if you pull and put back a fuse would that set off whatever controls those functions? but, at the same time when the vehicle is running everything is consistently fine so idk.
It’s not just on the Rams. I had an 06 charger that randomly would lose all power for a couple seconds then come back. Slow speed, high speed, no good pattern and no one Identified that box as the issue at the time. I had to dump the car after it almost put me into a guard rail going around a turn.
I’m still having trouble with my 2014 dodge Durango R/T took it to the dealership they said it was the shift knob it would say something like in park put back into neutral also driving at night all my lights would turn off and my home link would stop working. Also recently my wipers stop working? I’m trying to figure out what it could be? Need help

I’m looking forward to that one as well. I have a 22 3500 SRW HO as well that I got in Nov ‘21 and lost a DEF injector at 5k miles (around 1k of towing). Dealer took care of it right away and said it was very rare to see that repair but I’m not sure if there are more issues coming?
My 19 megacab get the new fuel pump next week, any insite on any notable changes to expect? I can't find anything. I'd assume it would have a different tune ect or a change in mpg?

Right, Well we have been learning our lesson by getting products from other countries, hopefully manufacturing will come back the the USA. The Ford Bronco Sports and Mavericks are made in Mexico and I won't buy one. If everyone stops buying things made outside the USA, problem solved.

Yup 1500’s have the same problem. My 21 1500 had the problem but haven’t checked my 22 2500 but now I think I will.

My 2020 cummins 3500 did this just fixed it dealership said it would be a 500 fix took me 15 seconds

We have several rams and have replaced tipm in many of them 15 model year to 2021
My fuel pump continuously works until battery dies, do you know if replacing the tipm will help?
