I have had this for 10 years just changed the battery and up and running again. It definitely last forever and wherever. Rain, shine, dirt, paint, dust, food and even smelly alcohol. Also When u master this lil guy your gym workouts will be much easier than counting in your head 😅 not the best watch in the world but it holds up for many occasions. 🎉
First G Shock I was able to find similar to mines. Love the blue and grey 3434, truly a beautiful piece
I got this series of G-Shock this year for Father’s Day and I love it I know have 4 Casio watches in my watch collection and 3 of them are G-Shocks and they are sweet watches!
Got this g shock, only with negative display and green digits 4 years ago and it's still ticking. I wear it every day to work, it has some "battle scars" but i like it that way:) Very comfortable watch and nice. It was in dirty water, mud, sand, every kind of dust you could imagine, motor oil, diesel and gasoline fuel and some chemicals that I can't specified. Anyone who needs this kind of beater watch this is the one.

Just have it delivered yesterday. Extra fast delivery from Amazon. Not a big fan of chunky wrist watch. But this might change my mind. Real G-shock so far and loving it so far...

I have the exact same model haha. Manual says 3 years battery life but it's been 5 years and still alive.

How do you turn on the sound when the alarm goes off I can’t find how to do that?
I live in phoenix and my city is not on there. There are no mts available it doesn't look like it. If I use lax and set my time I have to use dst off because phx doesn't use data then it throws off all other times when I set my current time. Any suggestions?

For set the right day you need to have the right year .it will do it automatically once you set up the year.
Any of you guys(or gals) miss the old EL light. I know the new one is more reliable but it's white light doesn't hold a candle (pun intended) to the electro luminescent blue light.

Thanks for the tutorial much appreciated. My only concern is the flash and the LT seconds. You didn't show where to push and stuff like that. I have to refer back to the manual and didn't know that you have to press this and that and hold for 10 seconds. You should've shown that 😑. Thanks and waiting for your reply.

Hi, I can set the time, date, and year but I can't set the day. I am in NYC time. I just got this new watch. Can you tell me how to set the day. It is Sat June, 6. 2020 and my watch says Tue June, 6. 2020. Thank you for your help.
Dont worry the computer alredy knows because its programmed so it doesnt matter what the date it is it knows the day of the week.
All I want to do is set the correct time and date for my time zone. How do I do that??
Press adjust at home and all could be done from that setting. Starts at minute 4:04 for the steps.

How do you set it up in default. I messed it up and I cant get it to go back to start all over again.
To restore to factory settings, you need to open up the backplate and perform AC with a metal tweezer.

Change to the accurate date. It has auto calendar, the day will change based on the date only.

You'll need to check/set the year-month-date only. The 'day' is automatic based on date. Make sure that part is accurate.
And whats the sig means, like what does it do
sig = hourly chime = beep every hour

You cannot set the day.
Just set the year / month / day. The rest works automatically.

Compare apples to apples ☝️this is basic model.if u want compass,gps, barometer, altimeter bla..bla.bla... find another g shock model especially master of G model (frogman,mudmaster, gravity master etc)
