As much as i love From, im starting to feel like season 3 is slowing down and downgrading in quality... more questions with no answers, barely any clues where seasons 1 and 2 were very well paced, insense and masterpiece in general, im really hoping they will give us some answers and will bring back that dark dark theme
I hope the drama of the people won't overtake the show! I want the monsters/evil entity to be the bad guy not the people! People don't need to be the bad guy on this show. Their are plenty of regular shows with bad guys that are people! 🙄🙄🙄
Im not saying Fatima is Kimono Lady, but I think what happened to Kimono Lady is happening to Fatima. At 1:07, Fatima's tummy seems to sink in and hallow like how Kimono Lady's whole body - face, hands, chest etc - are hallowed and sunken in.
I would not have given the firearm back to the police officer. She shows her police ID card as justification for being allowed to carry. Boyd should have said she's a little out of her jurisdiction and until the time that she is back in her city she will remain unarmed. I would not be surprised if more people die by her hand.
for all we know tabitha was there as a child, elgin is getting the room ready for fatima and maybe they try to drown her after, but maybe it isnt the first fromville birth, someone was eating that body in the room

😊I think we need to give the Cop and Henry, Victor's father a break. The cop was in shock and fear. She came from the real world! If you are in an ambulance 🚑 and someone you knew escaped from a hospital starts panicking and talking strangely, with your experience you don't just listen to an unrealistic panicky person. You have to be rational and take control the situation. Especially when Tabitha did not thoroughly explain what was going on. To someone in the real world, what she was saying sounded crazy. Also when the cop got out of the ambulance and saw creatures that don't exist in the real world, she saw how the ambulance workers were sliced open by monsters and as she was shooting these creatures they were unaffected. Of course a normal person would panic. Then they were coming after her and there is no way that she could have been prepared for such an experience. She didn't even know at that point that there was a safe haven inside of the house. So her shooting wildly the way that she was is understandable. It's unfortunate that one of her bullets went through the window. So how Boyd and the others were treating her is not fair, they should understand that anyone that enters FROMVILLE is not going to get it. Boyd needs to look at her as an ally, and take time to thoroughly explain everything to her and give her a break. He's making an enemy where he doesn't need to. Henry may have known of some things in the real world of his wife, kids and the drawings in his basement, but he had no clue to the level of terror of FROMVILLE. So not having seen his son in years and not being used to the type of behavior that Victor was exhibiting is not hard to believe. Give him a break when he felt that maybe it was better with his old thoughts of what he believed happened to his son, daughter, and wife. (Remembering them the way they were) His response is very reasonable. The people already living in FROMVILLE are aware that when people enter that world, they need a minute to adapt. That's why they allowed new people to go through the initial process when entering that world unless it was getting dark. Then time was of the essence. That's my observation. 😊I think we are so caught up in knowing how FROMVILLE people feel that when someone new comes on the scene we expect them to act like they already fully understand. Abnormal vs Normal 😂.

I don’t know if anyone else noticed but there was a scene where the camera focuses on a book titled. “Fall on your knees by Ann Marie I’m not sure if anyone can find if that means anything
We actually got a lot of information this episode. We also have the song playing in the diner about hope, and the book you only see for a split second when Fatima grabs the measuring tape. That book has to be significant, but it is really hard to see the title. There were a lot of discussions about fate, destiny, free will, determinism, reality, fantasy, psychosomatics, is it real or all on their minds, the grief cycle from denial to anger to bargaining to acceptance/letting go/surrendering. When you let go and accept your frequency goes to a higher state, negative emotions keep you in a lower frequency. That could be why all of the buildings are out of place in From. Because they occupy the same space at a different time, but operate on a different frequency, so appear here out of place. A pocket universe is just a place on a different frequency. I also found it funny how Boyd said "I am the one keeping people safe/alive", like he is a god or the sun. Then later his son says "God I don't know how to help her?" But the way he said it was like he was calling Boyd god. Watch it back. Also, Randall situation got weird. The way he ran off, then Julie finds the ruins, then he came back so different, it got me wondering if that was even Randall the second time we see him. His whole demeanor changed, like it was the entity instead. Maybe Randall did run off and never came back, so the entity appeared to Julie as Randall when she saw the ruins?
Still don’t understand how people say they are fans of this show or even this genre and expect the shows to spoon feed them closure every single episode… If that kind of experience is wanted then go watch the shows on network tv where every question/mystery/crime is presented/investigated/solved in their 45 minute time slot because I’m afraid that From is gonna be quite a bit over your head… No offense but when shows are dumbed down for the masses then everyone loses… This episode was full of information and continues the smoldering buildup to what’s gonna be several epic reveals… I think I’ll just trust the creators and show runners that gave us this show as they haven’t let me down yet… To the naysayers out there, you should really keep searching for a show that probably starts with valet parking and NOT a tree down in the road…
fact it has not been renewed for a 4th season which is not a good sign most shows will now half way thru the new season so they start up filming again and none the cast are fliming right now

Good video, as usual. I wish I could post a genuine theory but someone ruined it for me with the leaked plot, so I can’t because i know what’s going to happen. This really is a bummer, I hate that people ruin it for others, they definitely aren’t true fans of the show. I love the show but it has already started feeling the mysteries are starting to run out of steam and I really don't think the show needs to go on any longer than 4 seasons. This season absolutely has to end with reveal of the big bad of the show. But right now I feel like the show is starting to setup storylines for season 4 already and not much concerned about wrapping up anything. Some of the characters are also starting to feel like a slideshow with barely a role. In this episode I really felt the show has opened up too many storylines for it's own sake. The show needs to solve some previous mysteries before adding any new ones for the next season. The final three episodes of the show might decide the future success of the show. And I really hope the writers know this and I think they have a plan already for these concerns. but I really hope they are not forced to change their plans to reveal stuff earlier or in a different way than they planned because of feedback from audience.
I just wish something interesting would happen this season…. The only thing worth a plot line is Fatima turning into a monster and Tabitha retiring from the real world. But Tabitha returned and has nothing to show for it.

I actually like Acosta. Yeah, maybe she act in a way that piss people off but she asked a good questions. Like they have lots of people in the town who do basically nothing useful in terms of security and find a way to go back home. Questions like who build this town and why exactly with this buildings - also a good one. Maybe she is right about not wanting to adapt. I hope her drive to find truth about the town will lead somewhere.
If the series carries on like this I'm going to stop watching, I struggled to keep engaged with the same filler material that we've seen all series long
Fcking hated Boyd in that moment with Kristi..... they don't have jobs. Not a single person is being paid it's more a volunteer position and he should be greatful someone is there to fill that position. The show is clearly showing him going "darker" ( attitude, clothes, ect ) and I'm not here for it. I miss Mr. Fish and Loaves.
The Cop is a major liability. Even if this were a regular ordinary town she would still not have any authority. She is only a Cop in the town that commissioned her as a Law Officer. It's not like Captain America who no matter where he goes he is still Captain America. Her authority disappeared when she arrived in a new town.
I think that story's with "fate" and "The Chosen One(s)" are lame. Became then the writers can always say: "everything is fate therefore there was no other way"
After googling alot of images the body in the cellar with Elgin is wearing Jades shirt from season 1! Not sure what that means? lol could be someone else wearing it but either way that body is very old so theres some weird stuff going on
I am out of this show. What they did to us in episode 7 is not okay. It was just a rehash of everything we have already learned. Too much time spent on Ellis and Fatima. Sorry, but their story is the least interesting of all. The constant jumping around to different people in the town, everyone telling the same story over and over again. I was so bored and then angry that they did that. I have already cancelled my MGM+ subscription and will wait until the show ends and binge it. The binge model might work okay for this constant nothing happening. We don't need all of the answers or even the biggest answers, but we definitely don't need an entire hour of literally nothing happening. The only interesting thing was Elgin and that could have been a 5 minute web episode. Thanks for all you've done with your breakdowns, Christian! Hope to see what other shows or movies you cover.

If production teams goal is to make last 3 episodes interesting then it’s a bad way of explaining a very good and strong story. Someone should start doing analysis about this generic acting of some actors and generic dialogues and bland screen presence

It feels like they were planning on doing something with her, i mean she appeared in the town dancing, she gave hints to Jim about the wiring of the place, she was in Elgins dream, mentioned that the Kimono ghost is scary looking and the moment she started reading cards a bird flew in the window and in the end she was just some old lady who died the most pointless death.

I love the show but it has already started feeling the mysteries are starting to run out of steam and I really don't think the show needs to go on any longer than 4 seasons. This season absolutely has to end with reveal of the big bad of the show. But right now I feel like the show is starting to setup storylines for season 4 already and not much concerned about wrapping up anything. Some of the characters are also starting to feel like a slideshow with barely a role. In this episode I really felt the show has opened up too many storylines for it's own sake. The show needs to solve some previous mysteries before adding any new ones for the next season. The final three episodes of the show might decide the future success of the show. And I really hope the writers know this and I think they have a plan already for these concerns. but I really hope they are not forced to change their plans to reveal stuff earlier or in a different way than they planned because of feedback from audience.
If that skeleton is Christopher that means he couldn't have killed everyone because Victor was there that night..
Maybe Victor's mom was actually the one who killed everyone
I just wish something interesting would happen this season…. The only thing worth a plot line is Fatima turning into a monster and Tabitha retiring from the real world.
But Tabitha returned and has nothing to show for it.

I actually like Acosta. Yeah, maybe she act in a way that piss people off but she asked a good questions. Like they have lots of people in the town who do basically nothing useful in terms of security and find a way to go back home. Questions like who build this town and why exactly with this buildings - also a good one. Maybe she is right about not wanting to adapt. I hope her drive to find truth about the town will lead somewhere.
If the series carries on like this I'm going to stop watching, I struggled to keep engaged with the same filler material that we've seen all series long
Fcking hated Boyd in that moment with Kristi..... they don't have jobs. Not a single person is being paid it's more a volunteer position and he should be greatful someone is there to fill that position. The show is clearly showing him going "darker" ( attitude, clothes, ect ) and I'm not here for it.

The Cop is a major liability. Even if this were a regular ordinary town she would still not have any authority. She is only a Cop in the town that commissioned her as a Law Officer. It's not like Captain America who no matter where he goes he is still Captain America. Her authority disappeared when she arrived in a new town.
As usual, more questions than answers at the end of every episode...
I think that story's with "fate" and "The Chosen One(s)" are lame.
Became then the writers can always say: "everything is fate therefore there was no other way"

I am out of this show. What they did to us in episode 7 is not okay. It was just a rehash of everything we have already learned. Too much time spent on Ellis and Fatima. Sorry, but their story is the least interesting of all. The constant jumping around to different people in the town, everyone telling the same story over and over again. I was so bored and then angry that they did that. I have already cancelled my MGM+ subscription and will wait until the show ends and binge it. The binge model might work okay for this constant nothing happening. We don't need all of the answers or even the biggest answers, but we definitely don't need an entire hour of literally nothing happening. The only interesting thing was Elgin and that could have been a 5 minute web episode. Thanks for all you've done with your breakdowns, Christian! Hope to see what other shows or movies you cover.

If production teams goal is to make last 3 episodes interesting then it’s a bad way of explaining a very good and strong story. Someone should start doing analysis about this generic acting of some actors and generic dialogues and bland screen presence

It feels like they were planning on doing something with her, i mean she appeared in the town dancing, she gave hints to Jim about the wiring of the place, she was in Elgins dream, mentioned that the Kimono ghost is scary looking and the moment she started reading cards a bird flew in the window and in the end she was just some old lady who died the most pointless death.

Boring couple of episodes …. Lots of issues in the way story is told….. acting of some folks is too generic and bland….. Story is the only strong thing holding….. If they don’t pick up pace and correct small niggles, this show will start losing interests
