I have the same problem, which I'm trying to solve, the results you can get by managing your problem are phenomenal! I have a big problem regaining weight, strength to everyone! :)
do you feel that training fasted in the morning has an influence on your performance because of glycogen stores etc.?? would you still fast if you had a hyrox in the morning? glad you’ve found something that works for you man, keep it up! 🙌🏽 ❤
@@ofiiiiiiii I’ve been fasted for so long now, my body is just used to it… however, if doing something where I am testing max efforts I would have a snack… and if I had a comp or race I would be fully fuelling up 💨 thanks for tuning in 🙏🏼
@@mycoachbenjiamitriptyline was the only thing that helped me and low Fodmap diet. Also no dairy ,so no whey etc so I have the Per4m vegan/plant protein, it's really nice. I find steak hurts my stomach but I put up with the pain and swollen stomach as I like a steak ,so it's worth the sacrifice 🙂
