Best of luck. I always enjoy your videos and love your pond!! Just a thought.. Not trying to come across as a jerk.. so no insult intended. I have never used the mixture of malachite green and formalin ( formaldehyde ) I used to raise trout and salmon and sometimes it would be suggested to use it on the brood stock if they got sick. Which meant you couldn't sell them as formalin is a direct link to cancer if consumed .... So my question is if it can cause cancer in humans if we were to eat the fish, would it not cause cancer to the fish... Just a thought... Now you know why I use PP
Hi chris thanks for the nice comments as usual ❤️ i interesting what you said about the salmon and trout maybe it’s not advised to do any treatment for fish that are going to have human consumption ? @@jiffsterkoi hi Mike. FMG has malachite green and formalin in it so it contains formaldehyde.. Not that I would eat my koi anyways 😂.. Anyways best of luck... We both are trying to make it as safe as possible to for our fish for the winter and that is the main thing!! All the best my friend

Hi Richard I made the filter cages myself using mesh zip ties and some old 4 inch rubber pipe it work really well I must say 👍🏼👍🏼 All the best Jiffster
