- It was 1966 in Niteroi, Brazil. Two men were found on top of a hill, and what followed was an incredibly bizarre case that involved lead masks, instructions to ingest some type of substance, and 3 separate instances of UFO sightings. I work in a bakery and I’m super tired, this came at the perfect time to have a goodnight sleep to be ready for tomorrow’s shift
Ok, I’m only about 30 minutes in, so maybe this theory comes up later, but it absolutely sounds like they were trying to home cook a nuclear reaction/bomb (perhaps with a little outside help). Anti-radiation capsules, lead visors to protect eyes against flash, the various explosions & visual anomalies… either they actually did it & killed themselves with the result, or somebody decided they were too close & ‘got rid of the problem’.

Really interesting story. You choose really good ones. Mind bending really. Right now my family are involved in our own true crime, my brother is missing and possibly murdered. Our lives have been turned completely upside down. The steps in trying to find him are surreal. The headaches I have been experiencing are excruciating. I am not sure why I am telling you but I desperately want to find him, bring him home and lay him to rest. This video allowed me to lose myself for awhile. Thank you. I hope you and your viewers will think of us. 😢

(I love your videos SO much, you're one of my favorite ASMR artists. I recommend reading up on LSD and the history of psychedelics. I know you're in Canada, so pardon my rambles of the US: Before Reagan and his "war on drugs", psychedelics were being studied as ways to treat various mental illnesses, such as war vets with PTSD, drug addicts/alcoholics, those suffering from depression, etc. In the 50s, MDMA was used during couple therapy sessions. Psychedelic mushrooms are the only substance we know of that not only alleviate cluster headaches, but prevent them from reoccurring. Sadly, the wild 60s stuff we see or have read about, along with the war on drugs led to misinformation and disinformation. Scientists/doctors are slowly beginning to explore the potential therapeutic effects of psychedelics again after decades of a hiatus (for lack of a better term). Unfortunately, some use these substances recreationally, many diving in uneducated and unprepared. I'm not saying everyone needs to go out and drop some LSD to fix all their problems, lol, WOW, no, but I am saying that there is potential for it. Rather than exploring the theory that chemical imbalances contribute to a variety of mental illnesses and prescribing drugs that manipulate these chemicals, people are starting to explore the neuroplastic benefits of psychedelics like LSD, Psylocibin, and Ketamine for long-term alleviation. Interesting stuff~~
I saw this crime doco about one man, almost the exact same circumstances but there was the presence of a strange green liquid which to this day, scientists can’t come up with what it is or what elements it’s made from! 😳

Hi Leah. I'm a radiation physicist. You are right about lead being a good shielding material for most types of radiation. Except neutron because then you get bremsstrahlung (x-rays coming out the other side). The piece of information that you are missing is that the eye lens is more sensitive to radiation compared to the peripheral parts of the body. That's why in the UK, the ionising radiation regulations have a lower limit for eye lens dose than the extremities. If I had to guess, thin lead means they were protecting the eye lens from beta or gamma or both, but it can't be a huge gamma dose or - as you said - they'd want to shield the trunk of the body too. Weird case!
No engineer or physicist needs to write down Ohm's law though, surely? It's not hard to remember.

Maybe they were just crazy(shared delusions) they seem fairly disorganized 😭😭. Kinda makes sense given delusions only make sense to the ones experiencing them

Love your videos & whispering sounds, except for the laughing, sorry 😬. For some reason it always sounds louder than the whisper. As if blowing into microphone & don’t know about anyone else, but wakes me as I’m dozing off. Love everything else though.
See I personally LOVE the laughs and don't find them loud at all. Tge laughs are probably what i love the most in Leahs videos. Different strokes for different folks I guess!
