Those little Phillips head bolts on the rotor do they really need to go back in had a stupid hard time getting mine out

Do you torque the bolts for the brake calliper bracket? If so to what spec? Not to be critical, but the last time I used an impact driver for wheel nuts I had a great deal of trouble on the side of the road with a flat. All in all good video.
