Inserts on metal and chips on glass are the only music I want to hear.

It looks like Synergy 735 coolant. Cool video, but it would have been better with tool info feeds and speeds tool engagement info.

Oh that's why it's so clear, I was wondering if it might be oil

What coolant are you using in the video?

It's fun to watch videos, that cut Aluminum, but everyone does that. Let's see how fast it does with a steel part, or point me to a vid that you guys have done. I'm not trying to be a jerk, I have run Haas machines and have yet to se what they are capable of (I would try it myself however, they weren't mine). Thanks

Go watch Titans of CNC. They push machines hard!!

Iscar MasterCAM Demo in a Box. Maxed out a Haas DT @ 10k rpm, 500 ipm, 1" depth in steel. Impressive MRR for sure.

The other day I was making some plates on a haas tm2 from like 2006 or thereabouts. I decided to see what it could do, so I pushed it up to around 80-90% constant spindle load. With a 4 flute dia40 face mill.
      4.5mm axial
      16mm radial
      180 surface m/min
      1432 rpm
      860 mm/min feedrate
      0.15mm/tooth
The machine made a bit of noise, but keep in mind it has massive unsupported sheet metal enclosure and most noise is just from that vibrating. I ran it at those speeds for 20 minutes at a time with no issues .
      MRR is ~41cm3 per minute.

Go to Titans Of CNC Academy website. Online and free education website you can learn everything there (as I am told)

@@owievisie 🤣they just show how they works... They don't educate us... They just make videos that they seems more attracted by content 🤣

@@CAMER_21 They are trying to sell machines. These videos aren't for machinists, they're for shop owners.

I will give you the secret but don’t tell anybody. XYZ is in the center of rotation. These programs are really stupid simple with the right software. From fusion to NX they all pretty much work the same. The best way to learn is to put your hands on and just do it.

I looked and searched all videos for multi axis....4th 5th ... No one willing to give education top to bottom ... From beginning to end including setups and taking offset and making Program.....i Nyc channel is nice.... But Sometimes I feel that.... There is so many industries for cnc machining they also have monopoly .... If they will guide and make video regarding 4th and 5th axis then they will loose their job work.... So I don't think they will tell you exact procedure .... I know titans will see this comments ... what to do.... I don't know so i keep commenting on informative video to make videos about multi Axis.... because 3 axis is basic and easy to find content.... Also i know 4th and 5 axis machine type varies by different manufactur. May be these scenario we should consider.

NGK, The comprehensive 4th and 5th axis training program you’re requesting would be great to build up. The reason this hasn’t been done by us or other content producers is probably not because we are trying to guard our secrets (we want to do quite the opposite generally), it’s because it represents a ton of work and the shops that really need this information often have much of this knowledge already by the time they are ready to move into 4/5-axis work. Indeed we have every reason to work on training like this since it will help us sell more rotary tables. And we are in fact working on several videos that focus on 4 and 5 axis part setup. We’ll be making a video/videos on setting up a basic 4th axis indexed part on an HA5C and another set of videos that look at taking a 3-axis multi-operation part and moving it to a 5-axis machine.

@@haasautomation see i do 3 Axis programming for 12 to 15 machine each day in siemens nx cam....i think this is so basic and common that anyone can do this .... I need to improve and focus on multi axis... Because i think it is future.... So make videos on this....
