Curd

Raita masala

kashmiri Red chilli powder
Raita masala:
Add in pan 8 to 9 Peppercorns, 2 teaspoon Cumin, 1 teaspoon Carrom seeds, 1 teaspoon Saunf, 5 cloves, 8 Dried whole red chilli. Dry Roast for 1 minute. let it cool and grind . your Raita masala is ready.
Mix vegetable Raita
Whisk 1 cup Curd, add Raita masala and salt . Add chopped bell pepper, Tomato and Cucumber. mix well. For Tempering add oil in pan add jeera and curry leaves. Add kashmiri Red chilli powder. your Tempering is ready. Add in prepared Raita. your Mix vegetable Raita is ready.
Kachi kairi Raita
Whisk 1 cup Curd add Raita masala and salt . Add 3 spoon fine Chopped Raw Mango.Add chopped Mint and Coriander leaves. Mix well add tempering. your Kachi kairi Raita is Ready.
Makhana Beetroot Raita
Dry raost 8 to 10 makhana for 1 minute and let it cool. Whisk curd add salt and Raita masala. add makhana and Grated Beetroot 3 teaspoon. mix well. Add tempering your Makhana Beetroot Raita is ready.
Sweet Mango Raita
Whisk curd add powder Sugar. Add Chopped Ripe mango and Mix well and Garnish with Sliced Mango and Pomegranate seeds. your Sweet Mango Raita is ready. Serve Chilled.
Aalu Bhujiya Raita
Whisk curd add Raita masala and salt. Add Bhujiya of your Choice , I add Aalu Bhujia and mix well. Add Tempering. Your Aaloo Bhujia raita is ready.
