Dahi Ke Sholey
(Serves: 13nos)
INGREDIENTS-
Curd(दही) - 800 gms/ 5 cups
Onion chopped (प्याज़) -3 tbsp
Capsicum, chopped (शिमला मिर्च) - 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped (अदरक) - ½ tbsp
Green chilli chopped (हरि मिर्च)- 1 no
Coriander chopped (धनिया) - 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक)- to taste
Black salt (काला नमक)- ½ tsp
Cheese, grated (चीज़)- ⅓ cup
Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पॉउडर) - 2 tsp
Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पॉउडर) - ½ tsp
White bread (ब्रेड) - 26 slices
Oil (तेल)- for frying

Gloves are not actually safe for food...it has powder dust on it to make it non sticky.. Clean hands are best for cooking.. Practised from centuries... Good recepie sir

Well whosoever says wear gloves and work in kitchen but when we cook at home we never use gloves but we always make sure our hands are clean and have always seen u in all ur recipes that everytime u clean ur hands & these complaining ppl will eat pani puris at a stall happily without any complaints. Rest apart this recipe as always is 2 good and worth a try. Shall try it out and share on insta tagging you with the outcome 🙏❤️

I tried this- it was not as perfect as yours- I had to add few modifications to bind the hung curd to the twisted bread through bread crumbs- but they were so so tasty as a first try. Definitely will try it again- thank you chef 😊
