Thanks for checking out my video! I wanted to address a question that has been asked several times on this video as far as what kind of resistance bands I used and what strength of band I would recommend. While the specific bands I used are no longer sold on Amazon, they were very inexpensive and very similar to the one I have linked in the description of this video if you're curious about checking them out. The ones I used came in a set of 4 bands ranging from "Light" to "X-Heavy". In this video I am using the "X-Heavy" band. My recommendation for anyone watching this video would probably just depend on (1) if you have ever done any resistance band work before and (2) your own strength level. If you've never used resistance bands before I would say start a little lighter with maybe a "Medium" band, and if that feels too easy at first or you use that bands for a few weeks and begin to get stronger then you can work your way up to a "Heavy" or "X-Heavy" band. In a nut shell I'd say find a resistance that works for you and that is challenging, but not so much so that you're unable to perform the exercises in this video with good form. Hope that this info is helpful!
I am a master trainer, these special exercises, if you play football you will bomb your legs and increase your leg speed. because your muscles need a lot of detail work. Your legs need extra conditions when rolling with the ball and in the final movement. These exercises are needed
Hey guys, here is a list of all the exercises shown in this video: 1. Single leg step-outs: 10-12 reps each leg 2. Hamstring curls: 10-12 reps each leg 3. Straight leg kicks: 10-12 reps each leg 4. Inner thigh activation: 10-12 reps each leg 5. Hamstring back kicks: 10-12 reps each leg 6. Walking step-outs: 6 steps forward and 6 back 7. Resistance band squats: 10 reps 8. Caveman squat hold: 30 seconds
I would say that this is definitely a good warmup to do before games! But just make sure you are also doing some dynamic warmup as well like some jogging, dynamic stretches and sprinting before going into a match because these exercises will warm up your muscles for activity but they won't get them completely match ready without a full warmup.
Hi Alex, well the bands I use are Starwood Sports brand resistance bands (that I bought very cheaply off of Amazon) and they came in a set of 4 bands ranging from "Light" to "X-Heavy". Hi coach, is it posible for kid 11 years old?
What strength resistance band would you recommend using for muscle activation? Light? Heavy? (For professional athletes)
It depends for you, if you’re new to it then you start with what level you’re on. You cant go straight to heavy you’re gonna destroy your legs.
Are u a pro?
Thank you for bro for b this content

Is this can be done before, during or after dynamic warm up?
