    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    Great video! Can I do this the day of shooting practice or is it better to rest after the workout?

      Do a “light band” version before shooting to warm up! On days when your not shooting, do the same practice but with heavier bands

    Should you warm up before using the resistance band, and also what band do you recommend to get to improve speed for a centre back ??

      Hey! Yes you should always warm up before exercise, try some of the exercises without a band on first. Start with light bands then build up to heavier bands as you feel that your body and strength can put up with more resistance. It’s different for everyone’s strength levels but you should be trying to work on the heaviest bands that your body can deal with without pushing yourself too hard!

    Do the stepover exercise improve your speed of doing stepovers with a ball?

      Absolutely! By training your legs u set resistance, it improves your speed when you are not under resistance!

      Try to complete your sets and reps in the description of the video, usually 2-3 times a week 💪🏻

    How much of these drills, (how long) until you recon you see a difference? ie if I started now, would I see a difference when I play once lockdown is over, say July.

      Çhïčkēń Kèbáb ãñd Ćhîpš the more you use the bands the more difference it will make. We recommend 2-3 times a week!

      Uluğ Yeniley do them separately. If you do two workouts a week, do part one, then next time do part two, then repeat next week!

      It’s advisable to give yourself a day of rest in between to allow muscles to recover 👍🏻

      That’s great! It’s always a good idea to give your body chance to recover between exercise days though. Although you want to work hard, you can do more harm than good by over working your body, don’t over do it to start with and build up your strength before you start doing lots of exercise in a week
