- It's #MasterGradeMonday guys and since we've looked at Amuro's suit, it's time to look at Char's and where better to start than with his classic Zaku II.

Love the Zaku 2. It's high up on my list of kits to get.
It may be an old wives tail, but Char's "Red" color came from the animation company having too much excess red and pink ink that wasn't being used. So they took the opportunity to use up their excess inventory by making those Char's colors.
that's probably why we have those pink explosions in space (which I love)
The correct commander fin is the one you left on the runner, the commander fin you put on is the high mobility type version
Wasn't worried about correct, went with what I thought looked cool.
The way the cockpit works is the chair and hatch is on the left, the pilot sits, and the chair slides to the right, where the console and controls are. Double hatch opening is for fun/customizing convenience, I'd imagine.
Lovely kit in terms of build tech, shame it's a bit flimsy all over, we kinda need a proper 3.0 or Origin version for the MG to be on par with the RX 78 Origin MG

@@THEShoky no is that so many review the hg which is extremely hard to find someone doing the mg, but you are only one who did mg

At 2:46 Char is always on a different side (on the left side if looking at the chest) than all the other regular Zaku IIs (right side if looking at the chest) in order to differentiate his suit. Paint job notwithstanding, lol! At 4:18 I am curious, would you be willing to part with the "mini lift vehicle" itself or know anyone else that would part with just the vehicle only?
They sell this at the comics store I go to. Want to buy him. Yeah the pink does bug me. In the anime, it's a really light shade of red, but I wouldn't say pink lol
I hope they come out with a 3.0 ver with more detail. This one is so pink and the stickers kinda suck.

Dude🤔, breakage on the shoulders?? I built the regular grunt green zaku F or J which ever.. No issues. Solid as a rock in the shoulders... Same frame. ..I'll keep an eye on my son as he builds the Char version.
It's possible, from what I know now, that it may have been because of the type of plastic.
