Why do all you guys only explain only subs and dry. You never tell people there are agricultural termites that we never see unless in time of drought. For I have seen alot of other exterminator misdiagnosed agricultural as sub and the treatment does not work on agricultural.

If your house has termite infections, I wouldn't recommend DIY. If you have termites on your property but not your house, you can buy termiticide to spot treat it.
