I have cameras all around the yard which has been helpful in learning their routes. Without cameras you’re flying blind, because they are indeed smart and you can go back and watch what happened and adjust your trap placement to improve your odds of catching the most elusive rats.

Do these bite? I got not by something that looks similar . What else could cause a extremely painful bite swelling and pain lasting for 20 minutes ?

Good info. Today's building materials involves a lot of Vinyl (vinyl windows and doors) which will melt with heat. Today's building codes require the installation of fire sprinklers in every new home which would need to be drained and all the tips replaced...It's no longer feasible to do all encompassing heat...I do use heat on Commercial projects as area treatments..I use Lee at Quality for both all encompassing solutions.

Bait not all the time effective, waiting for termites to pick up the baits but they are already eating halfway eating your home. What a waste of time. You need to do both trenching and baiting (inside and outdoor) of your home.

I’ve been seeing swarmers coming out of my bathroom tub drain and shower drain in the last two days out of nowhere. They do flock near the window. I see no other signs in or outside anywhere. I will call a pro but does this mean the problem is definitely bad or no? Ty

I set a couple of traps with bacon they snapped them, both of them didn't kill anything. 4 days later I set them again. And one of the traps had corn on it as if the rat was sending me a message. Not messy, looked very organized there was even one on the little plate where you hook the bait. SMH.
