You will want to re-route the speedometer sending unit wire from the way it is placed. Or the cable gets disconnected behind the mask by the front brake line going up and down. And you can push the right button the dash to bring to life motor does not need to be on. RR comes with same skid plate. Nice video
Hey man, love the beta vids you’ve been putting out, especially the tech tip ones because I really enjoy learning from your experiences. Wanted to mention one thing in this particular video since this subject was brought up in this one: the steering lock. I cannot post pics here, so I’ll write it. When I got into my steer stem and bearings, found the lower bearing was pretty gross but top one was fine with plenty of good grease. Turns out, moisture and dirt etc. was getting in through the keyhole for the steer lock and since gravity does what gravity does, you know the rest. I have since blocked it off, never used it anyway. Just food for thought
Remove the one screw above the directional blinker switch and that switch pod separates from the lighting controls. It's a knee banger so good to remove it as it's not needed anyways.
So far we have no sign of exhaust splooge with the 800. Our current jetting on both the machines is absolutely perfect for our elevation and current temperature but that could change when it gets hotter out. Thanks for the recommendation.
I have a 2022 beta 300 rr race I love this bike so far! It’s hands down the best bike I have ever had. Glad I went with the beta.
Same! I'm glad I made the change to this bike.

Thanks for taking the time to make this video series.
Glad you enjoy it!

Thanks for the feedback. I did actually seal mine with silicone for the same reason!
Best review/information on this bike yet.
Thanks! Glad it was helpful.

Yes! Actually I just removed that - thanks!
What brand/model rear tyre do you have on that bike?
It's a Mitas 454 double green. It was only available in 110/100-18. I currently have over 15 hours on this tire and it's amazing.
Do they sell a kit to add a kick start?
Yes, they do offer a kick starter kit.
Swap the motul 800 for the 710. lower flash point and way less spooge.
