God created man with free will and put him on earth, God will send messengers to convey his message, humans will abandon, change and corrupt the message. God will send another messenger to bring back humans to the straight path, that's why prophets are the only authentic way to go to god.
Islam in very easy:
1) God ( Allah ) is our creator.
2) we should worship him alone and not the creation.
3) we worship him the way he wants not the way we want, this is why he sent us messengers to show us how to worship him.
4) this life is only a test, who ever obay God and worship him alone and follows him messengers will be saved in heaven , who ever doesn’t will lose in hell.
5) his last messenger is prophet Mohamad peace be upon him, and we should follow his way.
6) the Quran is the evidence of All of this , because who ever read it with sincerity and reflection will know that it can only be from God.

Scientists study the process of many things from the big bang, planets, vegetation, animals, human, they are only interested to study on how it were being done, but they won't be able to know who created the process just by studying.
The only way to know is to ask the question to someone who knows.
God is the Creator who created everything. God is invisible to our eyes because He wants to test us. The earth is a testing ground for human.
So God sent His angel to meet and teach the prophet about God. So this is the only way to know about who is the Creator who created the process of everything.
In school, you have to ask your teacher. You cannot get information just by thinking by yourself, you have to ask the person who knows. This is how God created the intelligence in human.
The scientists say this universe will be destroyed later, so why was it created in the first place if later it will be destroyed. The reason is for God to test us, so that later God will judge us and put sentenced whether to sent us to heaven or hell.
God can create and destroy and later create again. Look at the forest fire, everything dead, but after rain falls, everything comes alive again. Even human can recycle old things into new. Water is recycling all the time.
Who created, planned, programmed and install all these? The Creator.

Those thousands gods are not accepted by many people around the world, because does not make sense. People now can easily Google the holy books of the religion accepted by many people. Read it, compare it with common sense and ask people concerned, watch people debate and analyse how the debaters make their points. Same as how police, lawyers and judges analyse people to detect whose reasoning is true and false.
Our brain should be able to think why we are not like animals who also can eat, mate, produce but without knowing the purpose because they don't have intelligence to think why they are being created. Same as sun, moon, stars, earth orbiting non stop like robots, (vegetation, animals, material) but all these are there to be used by human. Those things cannot make use of human.
So from here you can see human are created with privilege that others don't have. Why ? we did make all those things, we don't even have total power on ourselves. So how is it only us have privileged.
So if you think properly, there should be a power who is planning, controlling all these things, because it is human, we only received this privileges. If we go into a house and we see all the things inside are for our own used. Then we cannot just think it comes by chance. There must be someone who is preparing all these for us.
If Jesus cried out on the cross to God "why have you forsaken me?" then it shows he was not willing to die. The question is was he decived by the other 2 Gods???

We believe Allah authored the Quran, we don't believe the Quran came down as ink in pages. The words were continuously revieled to the prophet over 23 years, and he would have scribes write them down. The scribes are just writing down the words, the credit belongs to the one who came up with the words in the first place.
Prophet Muhammad was illiterate. He did not know how to read or write. So when the angel told him to read, he aswered "I cannot read." He ran out of the cave in terror, because the revelation came suddenly. He wasn't expecting an angel to apear to him. That's why he was scared at first. I mean if you were sitting alone and all of a sudden someone apears in front of you, you would probably be startled. God Bless.

Even if you burn the entire Quran, the passages/verses would still be preserved in the hearts of people as there are those who read and remembers every single revelation that had been said by the Prophet.

At that time worship of Baal had so deeply affected the Israelites that, according to the Bible, in one of their habitations a public altar had been built at which offerings were made to Baal. A God-worshiping Israelite could not bear the sight; so he pulled down the altar one night. Next morning a great multitude of the people gathered together and demanded that the man who had cast down the altar be put to death. (Judges, 6:25-32). This evil, at last, was put to an end by Samuel, Saul and the Prophets David and Solomon (peace be upon them). They not only reformed the Israelites generally but also eradicated polytheism and idol worship from their kingdom. But after the death of the Prophet Solomon the mischief was again revived and the Israelite state of northern Palestine was swept away in the flood of Baal-worship.
