Surah Zumar has many verses suited to addreseing the doubts of the atheists. Surah Furqan is another chapter with many thought provoking verses that are suited for mankind in general. If the person is sincere then there is no harm in quoting verses directly but it is best to start off with utilising the arguments Allah uses in paraphrase.

Philosophy has been taken over by polytheists. In Philosophy time is three but according to hadith qudsi no.4 Allah is time. And Allah is one.
