Eric - No Sound in Steam Game Fallout 4 - Part 2

i have fallout 4 game, that lost sound, only this game lost sound,can you help, i have try to reinstall and it still no sound and it from steam gaming server and sorry for bad language, not good at writing or texting.
yes i woulded like to zoom.

this work ended without resolving the problem when Eric cell phone battery died thus ending the Zoom connection. We decided in chat at that time continue work later.
The summary statement of work through the end of this video is that the Steam game Fallout 4 works fine when run in windowed mode but not full screen mode. When launching the game a loading screen which appears in windowed mode plays sound through the TV but when it switches automatically to full screen mode the sound stops. The computer is connected by HDMI cable to a TV which is the only video and sound device Eric has. He did try an obsolete headset plugged into the computer but Fallout 4 fails to send audio to that device even though TH-cam will send audio to the headset. Other games that run on Steam do produce sound on the TV in full screen mode. I have next steps in mind. I intend to produce a video this weekend with my next steps thoughts and include ideas from the audience.

Suggestion: try turning off rainmeter.
Eric is using Rainmeter to add desktop functionality. A quick Web search for the keywords "rainmeter audio" found some reports that, even when not using any of rainmeter's audio-specific plugins (e.g. for Spotify), rainmeter sometimes interferes with audio, including that of Steam games.

I have the same problem but no one has a fix for me. Any other game works fine but when I get passed the intro/start "bethersda" logo part, the audio is gone so audio is fine but as soon as the game loads the main menu its gone. It does work when I go windowed mode but then the game becomes more stuttery than playable.
