Yes "hated" is misleading. This is not a list of evil. This is a dislike list of not evil people. Dermot and St. James are very evil person. These are antagonist for basiclly everyone in this fictional world and real world. They aren't stupid enough to realize the consequnces of their doin. They can reflect themself. They know it and attack you straight after getting exposed. you don't need to explain it them. Swanick and Fantastic are morons and can't reflect themself or never ever learned it before reaching thier 25th year of age (the brain is fully out grown). They are too dumb or don't have the mechanics worked out in thier childhood for that. Try to work or be a friend with a real very low IQ person? They can be easilly turned into very bad people from the outside perspective but in there perspective they are good as usuall (Fantastic). They can stalk you and never ever realized how bad this is. They feel in good intention or it is funny because this is how they feel and thats it. They can abuse other people because they feelin good (yes sx feels good:) ...... the Swanick moron The Longs lost thier child and they doin "approach this problem till the lost is redone" like everybody is doin after a relationship is over (lost, divorce, break up, etc). BUT they stay the entire game with only 1 approach way to solve it. Marcy is doin the only the attack approach (fight it away, force the redone, etc) and the dude doin the devot way (begging, make a deal at his cost, etc). They never change! Force it to be redone doesn't work, crying, begging, make a deal, change yourself (Im the reason), change the other person (not me the reason), ... After all these approaches the brain finally learn this road together ends here and never go further! Parker Quin is selfish af and you can hear that he is capable of knowing what he is doin and so arrogant to say it quit enough so he could response with "I didn't say that and I was about something very diffrent topic" or so. The 200years old childs are terrible done (for my taste but thats my complaining over the top problem in this case) but atleast they are doin thier homework. Falling on thier noses to learn how to walk right. I liked them all in thier intented way.
@@hermos3602 Both tbh, in lore (the same lore people will ignore to trash the Fallout tv show) the NCR is not doing good, with rampant corruption and a war and expansion into the Mojave no one wants. So the NCR in the Mojave are desperate. Not even mentioning the bs you have to do to get them even on par with the legion if you side with them.

The Courier gets a second chance at life, Benny can have a second chance, the Boulder City Khans get a second chance, Boone gives himself a second chance, the Enclave get a second chance, the Jacobstown mutants are there for a second chance.... For me personally, Saint James and Marmot, Deputy Beagle, and Caleb McCaffery (Bounty hunter dude who steals from the Garret Twins),. The first ones just engage in despicable acts. The second speaks like a full time forum user and complains about every decision you make regardless of contributing to the town's welfare. The third being a jerk and condescending no matter what dialogue option you pick with him.

Secondly the annoying characters in 4 except for Preston are explicitly written to be disliked and at that they excel, thus making those characters well written. The exception to this rule is Preston since we are supposed to like him
