    Wonderful presentation and a gentle reminder of our own power. Children know this if adults would only recognize their movements as a calming part of life . Thank you. ❤ I did feel very cool at first, warmth and deep emotions. I have Master 's books!

    Very nicely presented,by a lovely mentor,with an interesting take on stress relief,compared to the usual practices.Thankyou so much for sharing,if done for at least 5 minutes,you can feel a difference with the head feeling lighter,and you feel calmer.Interestingly i feel this chakra does definitely need work,especially for women during hormonal changes in menopause,where the adrenals have to work very hard after child-bearing years are over,to balance the body.
