    ingredients:
    155g graham crackers
    60g sugar free syrup
    448g fat free cream cheese
    124g whey protein vanilla
    340g fat free greek yogurt
    30g zero calorie sweetener
    10g vanilla extract
    instructions:
    1. crush graham crackers with ice cream scoop in plastic bag
    2.put crackers in a bowl and add the syrup and mix
    3.put the graham cracker into your pan
    4.put all your filling ingredients in a bowl and mix
    5.put your filling into the pan
    6.bake @ 325 for 30 mins and then at 200 for 50-60 min
    7. let chill in fridge for 3-4 hours
    8. eat and gain some muscle

    I made this last night and it turned out perfectly!
    Normally, when I try any of these recipes, I'd say they are a huge improvement over other people's low calorie/sugar/high protein recipes but find that my brain still isn't tricked into believing it is the real thing. This cheesecake is incredible and feels like a treat!
    *2 things I did differently from Remington's directions:*
    • Use the PEScience brand Strawberry Cheesecake flavor protein powder (I do not love the smell of this on it's own or when consumed in a shake but it it is great for baking!)
    • Used 1 block of fat free cream cheese and 1 block of Philadelphia 1/3 fat because my store didn't have 2 of the fat free. Even though it adds more calories, in my opinion it is worth it because blending the two gives a rich flavor and makes it a bit more creamy.
    While baking at 200 degree for 50 minutes, I filled a shallow pan with water to prevent the top of the cake from cracking. Came out of the pan absolutely perfect. When I input these substitutions and created a recipe in My Fitness Pal it came out to, *263 calories, 28.8 carbs, 8.4 grams fat, 22.2 protein (8 servings total)*

    PRO TIP: when the cream cheese is still in the sealed foil pouch throw it in a bowl of hot water for a couple mins, brings it up to room temp hella quick for easy mixing

    I would bring the cream cheese to room temp, mix the cream cheese and yogurt together first, then mix in the dry ingredients.

    It was dry. Do half the amount of protein powder, double up on the Greek yogurt (add extra sweetener to taste), and reduce the baking time.

    Quick tip: Don't put the protein powder yet into the batter before mixing. Mix the batter first until it's 3/4 done then you can add the protein powder. That way the cream cheese is already melted and the protein powder will easily stick in the batter and it won't fly around like a baby powder.

    This is by far the best anabolic recipe I’ve ever made. It really does taste just like a real cheesecake. It’s been my breakfast and before bed snack every day since the video came out

    Added 1 egg into this recipe doesn't change the macros that much but it makes it taste so much less dry and way more creamy just how you want a cheesecake to be. It's a game changer!

    I made this today and it’s in my fridge, will update in a few hours... It looks exactly like his in the video. I did need to use more graham crackers because the crust was so sticky and I had a 9” pan so I just cooked it slightly less than his times. UPDATE TO FOLLOW... UPDATE: Only waited 2 hours in the fridge, the cheesecake is pretty good, but definitely missing the richness of regular cheesecake. It is very filling! You won’t be able to eat much of this, one slice in and I don’t know if I could eat another slice (but of course I’m going to) because it’s so filling. Second slice with strawberries was a great addition!

      i was literally 4 hours ago reading a cheescake recipe and thought about how to make it anabolic, this man either reads my mind or im so into his recipes that i had a look into the future.
      Now i only have to replace things i cant get for things that might fit for it in germany...damn you americans and your fat free cream cheese (Googling it tells me 4 completly different things that might fit...the fuck? Try&Error i gues). Im happy to finally found almost fat free cheese in one supermarket...we really are behind with the lowfat stuff.

    8 months ago when I was debating on trying the anabolic diet. I decided to make this recipe. I Said to my self "if I like this cheese cake, I can do this diet". So I decided to give it a try. I did like it, and it had inspired me to tweak it to a way I preferred, and evolved from this recipe. That was over 50lbs ago. It's crazy to me how effective and sustainable this anabolic way of eating is. Life changing

    Another good thing to add on this cheesecake is mixed berries (Usually I heat it up a bit in a bowl til the juices ooze out a bit, add some artificial sweetener and 0 sugar chocolate syrup and ITS BOMB!)

    I made this recently and I tweaked it a bit. I used imitation coconut flavor rather than vanilla extract. I also added 1/2 cup of lime juice and 1 teaspoon of lime zest. 10/10 would recommend if you like lime.
    I'd also recommend less bake time. I followed the instructions here and mine was way overbaked. Probably could cut the bake time by at least 30%.
    Great recipe overall!

    I live in Florida and can not find any fat-free cream cheese anywhere!! The best I find is reduce fat. I want to try this recipe so badly - it looks better than the normal high calories cheese cakes. That crust is genius!

    Just a tip, soften the cream cheese first and it will be much easier to mix. Throw it in the microwave for 15-20 s

    You may want to bake that on a cookie sheet with a little water if anyone is having trouble with burnt taste and also if your having issues with the cream cheese leaking out the pan line it with parchment paper and bake the crust first for 10 min at 350

    I make Cheesecake for breakfast at least 3 times a week. A couple things here. The graham cracker crust is cool, I've done it before however, I skip the crust. Instead I chose to save my calories for a topping instead. Secondly, there's no need to bake it. You don't have eggs in it. You can literally just whip it up and stick it in the freezer. Also, if you decide to just throw it in the freezer instead of baking it, you should use xylitol as the sweetner instead. Also, I add a tablespoon of low fat/fat free sour cream and I also use 80g of vanilla two good yogurt. I don't make a big cake though, I literally just make a personal single serving cake and I do it about 3 times a week. It takes me about 10 minutes to make.

    I made this yesterday and it came out amazing! I used strawberry whey protein until I ran out. Luckily, I had some cookies and cream protein to finish it up with. I was concerned at first for mixing up the flavor whey protein but it tasted like an original strawberry cheesecake with a hint of cookies and cream 👌
    Also, I wish somehow the crust could of been crunchier. It was more on the soft side and it sort of blended in with the cheesecake. Any ideas?
    Overall, the cheesecake came out great and will definitely be making it again

    I've done this but stepped it up and put it an a small mason jar and cooked in sous vide for individual serving. It came out better than the oven.

    You need a hand mixer for Cheesecake. Batter should never be that lumpy. I make a similar recipe however I use Kroger Carbmaster Yogurt instead of plain yogurt. Also, if you want a thicker Cheesecake you can try with casein protein.

    Used a wider springform pan and baked at 325 for 40 minutes and then took it out to cool. Didn’t do the extra hour at 200 and it was still severely overbaked/dry. The filling tasted good before baking, so I likely could have salvaged it. I bet mixing in some gelatin and letting it set in the fridge would be better than baking. Lots of TH-camr protein powder recipes with no white flour taste good at first but get worse after baking.

    Some people need to remember that the reason that it comes out dry could be leaving it in the oven too long. Yes he gave a temp and time frame but every oven is different, you need to find what works for your oven. So if it’s dry leave it less time ect.

    Substitute the regular Splenda with any sweetener with fiber like vita fiber or stevia with fiber. A lot more fiber and tastes the same

    I've been doing protein cheesecake for a while. Couple things you could do to improve it, use vanilla protein, blend up cottage cheese, add in xantham gum and cook up some strawberries with Stevia and pour it over the top. It'll change your life

    Made it.. liked it ..but never got to eat more than the first slice of the first time i made it.. cuz everytime I make it and put it in the freezer to set (I make it before my bike ride/bmx session and plan to eat it later) .. My sister eats it before I get back home.. She no longer wants cheesecake from her favourite restaurant.. I end up making myself a mcflurry .     The only issue I see is that whey protein isn't heat-stable, so it denatures and doesn't absorb as well when you eat it. It also makes that slightly grainy "cottage cheese" texture that you can see in the video. If you use a mix of heat-stable whey and casein, and then add a little more structure by adding some egg whites, that would have even slightly more protein, but a better texture. And the protein will be have much better absorption. For the crust, I might go with a mix of oats and nuts, just to boost the nutritional value. One last thing, as far as flavor, if you use a heat-stable bakery emulsion instead of regular vanilla flavor, it will keep its flavor much better in the oven. Overall, awesome recipe and video!

    Can anyone verify the cake pan size? Remington says he thought it was 8”. But I did quick search on Walmart for “cake pan 3 pack” and the smallest one in the pack was 7”. I can’t wait to make this!

      Sepilein1 obviously in the grand scheme of things, no. However, if using a different size cake pan, that’ll impact the thickness of the cheesecake. If the Cheescake is at a different thickness, then you would also need to adjust the total baking time. If the Cheescake is thicker, it would require a bit longer to bake. If it’s thinner, it would use a bit less time.

    I would suggest eating a couple veggies and fruit along with incorporating his meals into your diet. He doesn’t eat much veggies but you can!

      The green powder is kinda cringe but I assume its just a sponsorship. Adding veggies you actually like to these recipes is pretty easy.

    Sounds great but fo rme all those gums they add to make the texture is like a bad GI day...will try it with lower fat cream cheese.

    At first I was like meh, tastes like super diet cheesecake...but it grew on me quick. Ate half that day and the other half over the next couple days. Easily hit protein and didn't make calorie deficit hard to hit. Will be making this regularly. Going to try w/o the graham cracker crust. I didn't think the crust added too much flavor ,if any, so going to attempt to save on the carbs/cals from the grahams and see how it tastes.

    so mine is currently baking in the oven . but the macros aren't adding up. aside from fat free cream cheese I could only find the reduced fat (1/3 fat) cream cheese. this makes the entire cheesecake 2410 calories and 174 grams of protein. a typical scoop (30g) of protein is roughly 20 grams. so 5 scoops of that is 100. two blocks of cream cheese, 32 grams of protein. graham crackers, 10 grams of protein. 2 servings of unsweeted chobani greek yogurt, 32 grams of protein. add it all up and it's 174. How am I 44 grams under??

      A lot of protein powders have 25g or even a bit more protein per scoop. And fat free cream cheese has more protein than reduced fat.

    if anyone is really nervous about artificial sweeteners and their potential effect on gut microbiota you could just go for the natural sweeteners and his recipe is still as good... although we may find there are a few problems with natural sweeteners 10 years down the line lol

      It’s a substitute for shi**y foods you can eat 1600 cal cheesecake or 200 cal cheesecake , you can easily pick and choose you protein powders vegan , organic , etc and you can choose natural or artificial sweetener you don’t have to have the exact same protein and sugar as the guy in the video not all sugar substitutes is bad

      @@Sunsun-ev2xd I get that, the recipes he show are awesome. But, I just feel like those are things you should eat a couple (1-4) times a week. His protein and calorie intake are perfect but there is a massive lack of micronutrients which you get from many different vegetables. And let's be honest, even if he gets his greens from that vegetables replacement powder. Relaying on that many food substitutes can't be healthy

      I think so but you’ll need a lot of them. Mine is in the fridge right now and I think you could substitute almost any cookies in for the crust if you want a different flavor or don’t have graham crackers available.
