    0:26 optional crust
    45g graham crackers
    28g melted butter
    MIX MIX
    6 inch round pan
    375 / 10-12m / golden brown
    1:36 cheesecake
    2 whole eggs
    100g vanilla greek yoghurt
    226g cottage cheese
    1tsp vanilla extract
    28g hemp seeds(protein bomb)
    2tbsp sweetner
    325 / 40-45min / jiggle test
    let cool, once cool, wrap it up and put into fridge for a few hours or overnight!!

    You don't need to use graham crackers...
    1) Toast almond flour in a dry pan, stirring, until fragrant and browning
    2) add sweetener of choice
    3) add butter & form crust

    This is so good. I already made three cakes. Each times I added lemon juice or berries or apple vinegar with fat free greek yogurt. They are all good.

    Made this tonight with the crust. I did the jiggle test, and I really thought it wasn’t done, but I trusted the test, and it turned out great. This is really good. I can’t wait to try making it with different variations

    0:57 or make with 1 1⁄2 cups almond flour, 4 tablespoons melted butter, and stevia or monk fruit to taste. start with 1 teaspoon.😊😊 1:27 use a tea cup or round mug to press in. My little tips aside, great recipe can't wait to try it.

      I would like to clarify that the amount of stevia or monk fruit you recommend would only work if they are blends. Straight stevia or monk fruit would be WAY too sweet at this quantity for 1.5 c almond flour. And you'll also taste them.

      Same thought. I think it's his thumbnails that need to be worked on. Some aren't very clear and you can see he doesn't get as many clicks as he should. But once you actually click on a video the video is very high quality. I also personally think his "hook" or intro in this video was very weak because it shows B-roll of him getting the pans and then he talks about himself for a few seconds - that's great for his existing audience but not for new people.
      But I agree with you. If he actually manages to get someone to click on the video and get through the first 10 seconds it's easy to see his videos are of very high quality.

    Oh my goodness. I’ll be honest I was not expecting this to be as fantastic as it was!! Mine came out a little crumbly I think I left it in the oven too long but oh my goodness, IT WAS AMAZING!!!!! What an awesome recipe! Next time I’ll probably leave out the crust to cut back on calories (so I can be a glutton and eat it all in one sitting:) and add some raspberries and sugar free reapers jelly on top!!! Absolutely 10/10 thank you for this awesome recipe!!

    cheesecake is not chesscake unless there is cheese in it, but adding greek yogurt with cream cheese sounds good.

    If I am on the road, a protein bar transports more easily, partially because I may not have access to almond milk for a shake. (Making a shake with water is simply a last resort.)
    Two questions for you: 1. Were those macros show for the entire cake or one slice of the 4 allocated per cake? 2. Were those macros including the crust?

    on the go... it depends. usually protein bar, because a shake usually tastes better when blended with other ingredients, however it's easier to down a shake more quickly, bars usually take a min longer to eat.

    To answer your question, I prefer bars. It's solid and I won't risk spilling it. Also less carrying around a dirty bottle.

    Alternative add curd/ curd cheese dont know the right word and mix it with guar gum. Now you mix it wiht you favorite flavour or drops and bake till your wiggle test :D More protein and more full belly :D
