I loved this one. I added it to a Barre workout and then the doorbell rang and random You Tube Ad snuck in which doesnt usually happen on your videos and you said come back to the breath which was a helpful reminder.
Thank you, it was fun to make this one. TH-cam has changed their advertisement policy so I have now changed that video so there is no adds during the video. It results in less revenue from the streaming but much better for the flow of the class. Glad the breath got you back into the class.
