    I'm only 47 years old so I'm still young enough for regular yoga, but I love your videos because I'm overweight and I find regular yoga to be difficult and I'm not very flexible. I also have problems with motivation and depression and I feel like your videos are the only exercise I feel I can commit to on a daily basis. My mood is becoming a lot better and I feel so relaxed. I don't feel comfortable going to the gym because of my weight. I like to do exercise in the comfort of my home.

      Cool you noticed that. I developed that when working with elderly with dementia and memory loss. Right and Left is too much of a concept for some and just complicates it all. Even neurotypical people get messed up with R and L. Keep it simple and present.

    I love your voice and thanks for the video! Many years ago I took a
    yoga class in college ..it was so beneficial .Now at 83 I'm benefiting from your video. A paraplegic for the past 13 years I can participate in every yoga move and it relaxes me for bedtime. Such a blessing you are to your fans.

    Wonderful! I am 80 years old and haven't exercised in years. I feel so good after this video, can't believe it. Even with the arthritis, obesity, unused muscles, I was amazed I could do most of it. I've tried many chair videos, but none can compare to this success. Thank you teacher Jacob Cino.     Thank you so very much. At 64, I am having to acknowledge that my knees, shoulders, and wrists simply can't stand the pressure of many floor positions (Cat and Cow, Downward Dog) anymore. I am reluctantly seeking practices on TH-cam that I can do. This gentle practice was so helpful. Feeling how much mobility I have lost and yet still being able to do yoga brought me to tears.     I have MS and ride a scooter, can stand, have some use of my legs but can't walk. This is the first "wheelchair yoga" video I've found that has poses using the legs. Thank you!

    Thank you Jacob. I am 70 and the Doc says go to the gym... UGH... No $$ for gas.. don't look good in spandex.. can't use the machines 'cause they hurt.. Your exercise routine gives me movement & peace & quiet joy. Thank you.

    I subscribed last year and received several of your Yoga classes which I enjoyed. Since then I've not received new ones and do hope that all's well with you. I particularly like this class because it's slow, deliberate, and prompts me when to inhale and when to exhale. Other's sessions aren't as well orchestrated as yours, oftentimes resulting in me bungling my breathing after receiving vague and inconsistent instruction. I find this session with its repetitive movements near hypnotic which permits me the added pleasure of introspection. Overall, I find your voice, prompts, and style very relaxing. Thank you Jacob!...Anastasia

    Thank you, thank you, thank you from this achy, getting older body. I too have Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've always practiced yoga & pilates, which kept the RA manageable. But I recently had my second hip replacement & extensive foot surgery. This is a fantastic video to help ease me back into my fitness routine. Namaste. : )

      Jacob Cino Actually my original post was one year ago. I appreciated the chair yoga following my second hip replacement. Thankfully I am now back to my regular yoga and/or pilates for about 40 minutes daily. I am now generally pain free thanks to my daily workout and with the use of CBD Oil. 🙂

    I had a heart attack last month. I am doing cardiac rehab but wanted to add some gentle yoga to my routine. This session was wonderful; lovely setting, well-instructed, and warmed my body for the coming day. Thank you!

      hope the rehab is going well. In general with cardiac rehab don't lift the hand above the shoulders. keep it easy. You might be past that stage in your healing but please check in with our doctor to see if this is too much for you.     My mom is 89 yrs old and she enjoys your yoga video - this one in particular. Your calming voice and knowing it's okay if she can't move in a certain way. Appreciate your time and thank you for sharing your love of yoga.

      I originally made this video for my grandfather. he passed recently age 94. So glad your mother finds a benefit to this video somehow it feels like her loving it sends love to my grandfather as well. . I have another video that is a little more energetic but is also a chair yoga class. If she is feeling up for perhaps she could try that one too.       Hello Al. That is so wonderful. I originally made this for my grampa around the same age so great it continues to give benefit to our elders. I don't have DVD's as of yet but have sold some downloadable mp4 files of this video if that interest you. I also am going to be launching an online workshop soon too.

    I have MS and easily get dizzy and sometimes true vertigo. I found all these movements with the head are not going to work for me. Just a little feedback.
