when i try to buy something it says payment not completed? Its been 3 weeks and both of my american express giftcards are saying payment not completed whenever i try to buy something.
These gift cards work on Target if you want to buy things with the gift card online I just don't think all merchants accept it while some do and I was having these issues as well but my worked for Target and was able to buy stuff online from Target with my American Express gift card and that's it. Good question I’m not 100% sure. I don’t think so because it’s still technically considered a gift card and not actual currency
