Do you keep the container in the refrigerator or outside on the counter

Never refrigerate the unpopped kernels. It will dry them out. I keep them in the pantry or cupboard, away from light. Read more info on my blog at bougiepopcorn.com!

Looks delicious but I am always leary of eating food made by someone who had their entire head of hair hanging over my food...yipes. i too have long hair to my hips and i pull my hair back and wash my hands...alot...maybe its habit from working as a cake decorator then baker i think its just part of food handling courses taken to be licensed certified to work with any kind of food. I love your recipe for the candied toffee pecans delicious recipe. Great idea for packaging. Ive seen the celo bags at the dollar tree they have such a huge selection and really if you seal it up long after you cool it down of course because bagging up toffee or caramel corn before its cool creates a moist environment and the candy coating will be ruined it wont be crispy or crunchy it will get sticky and gooey. I tried to ship some toffee corn to relatives in Utah and Boston and it was sticky and gummy..

More toffee coating should have been made. The popcorn is not evenly coated. That makes it look like blotchy junk Cracker Jack which I hate.
