Also a tip, if you add butter to your popcorn use clarified butter, the water content in melted butter makes popcorn soggy, clarified butter has all the water content removed

Try mixing the cheese powder into melted oil or butter before mixing it into the popcorn, you will be delighted, and have orange fingers for hours 😂 🤤

Not sure what might be going on but remember that butter contains a lot of water and can make popcorn soggy. Use "clarified" butter!! Also don't add too much oil and or cover the kernels when popping, this can make your popcorn chewy/soggy too. 2 TBLS of oil to 1/2 C of kernels will work fine. Another thing to watch for is to make sure the popcorn is well vented when popping, the steam can cause it to be soggy or chewy. Not all popcorn kernels are the same, they range in size. Have you ever tried "Mushroom" popcorn? They make big fluffy kernels!! Hope these tips might help...happy popping!! ((Hugs)) from Texas!! : )

It’s similar, but it tastes better in my opinion.
