OH MY GOSH... Thank you both for the GREAT Video... Especially about the "FLAVOR" or "OIL"... in Chocolate I did not know that... It makes so much sense... Loved this video...
Oh thanks for the info about the types of popcorn. I always knew there was something different about the store bought chocolate/caramel covered kind and now I know!
Thank you for sharing, great video! I really enjoy the step by step tutorial and can’t wait to give this a try! The do’s and don’t in melting chocolate is very helpful. I’ve always had trouble with it and now I know why. You are both fun to watch!!! Thank you!
Orson Gygi is such a great store. After watching the video, I went down to the store and found all the items I needed. I'm so excited to have a fun neighbor Christmas treat that I will be proud of and have fun making. The staff is friendly and helpful. I even got to meet Brad, from the video, he was walking past me in the store and I told him I had just watched the video. He was super friendly and nice. Thanks for all the great tips you shared in the video. I had been doing it all wrong the last few years :)
I am back again today... to watch this Fantastic Video on How to Cover Popcorn with Chocolate the RIGHT WAY... Again... Thank YOU Both for taking the time to show us HOW TO do this. I am in the midst of moving back to Albuquerque, New Mexico (US) to RE-Open my Acting Studio not only to Teach Acting but to teach each Acting/Student HOW TO do certain things... We are also going to do Mystery Dinner Theatre... (I used to own a restaurant years ago... and Food goes well with Acting..) I want to have Fundraiser using and selling Popcorn... and TEACH the students they too can be an Entrepreneur... I am so excited even more now... since watching your video... "Bravo Darlings... Bravo"
When the chocolate clumps with coloring, I typically use Crisco vegetable shorting and melt, then mix. It helps to smooth out the chocolate and becomes pourable.
Since I'm in New Mexico (US) I will have to use "HATCH" Green Chile... and RED Chile... Will let you know how it turns out... Again, THANK YOU BOTH.. so very much for making this Video...
It's usually about 3 cups of chocolate per one cup of popcorn. You can check out all the details here! www.gygiblog.com/blog/2015/11/25/gourmet-chocolate-popcorn/
Off the subject of corn Has anybody ever mention Heather looks like Megan Fox? If she dyed her hair black, ironed it and did a Smokey eye make up it would be so close just saying
REALLY... come on now... From one professional to another... Don't be RUDE... How would you like someone to tell you that on YOUR Videos... Remember when you first started out... YOUR videos weren't as good as they are now... So Be NICE.
@@JudiChristopher I was only trying to be helpful. If you took it that way. That’s on you. I do 5 farmers markets a week, events, and I started my business 4 years ago from the ground up. I am not rude at all. However. If you’re rude to me. Depending on the situation I have no problem being honest, or Frank back and if that’s rude to you so be it.

Where is the BEST place to BUY all this Goodness that you are showing?
Especially if we're buy in Bulk...
We sell most of the items we show. Our store is located in Salt Lake City, UT but you can also shop online at gygi.com
Regular popcorn is called "Butterfly" better for dry spices...
Mushroom popcorn is better for wet... like chocolat, caramel etc...

Powder Peanut Butter!!!?
What is the Magic that you speak of... ?
Yes!! Powdered peanut butter can be purchased at most grocery stores!
Somehow I am missing how much chocolate you are adding to the 1/2 cup of popcorn.
Never mind-I caught it at 15:21! Two cups! Thanks!
How much would you sell that per ounce?
Thanks for sharing
What was the red chocolate you put on ?
How much white chocolate did you use for covering

I’d suggest shortening your video. Too long.

WOW... I am so sorry...
I didn't mean to upset you...
Please don't be mad at me...
Do you get this upset with your customers too?
