This is like 4:1 ratio. Why not 2:1. Because what you have is a little more dilution and I am afraid the fragrance when sprayed might not last long. Except you used a very concentrated perfume oil.

This should depend on the strength of your perfume oil. You may still consider 1:1 ratio if it is not a strong perfume

Lasts very well. Even more than one day. Although it still boils down to your dilution ratio.

You can do ratio 2:1. IPM to perfume oil. Is the perfume a concentrated oil perfume? Or you bought already diluted perfume?
