Great question! Keep in mind that the purpose of dilution is to increase the volume of the perfume, possibly make a small profit, while still preserving its fragrance. You can choose to use the concentrated perfume oil without diluting it at all. What I demonstrated was purely for educational purposes. The perfume is intended for personal use, and some individuals even use a much higher volume of diluents during the dilution process.
