🙋🏻♂️ Liked design 👍🏻. For extra storage, you can add stringers at each end screwed to each legs. Then lengthwise add at least ( 4 ) 2x4’s on top of the added stringers. Free storage underneath for supplies and such, cause you really don’t want to mow or weed eat under there too. 4-7-2021
🙋🏻♂️ Suggestion…..move your boards from underneath barrels lower for storage underneath ( 6” off ground, the length of planters ) where fertilizer’s, bone meal, and other things necessary for growing, and providing strength to planters❗️ 2-23-2023 Something else, to prevent cutting thru barrel access holes, scribe another center on barrel 180 degrees from existing center. Barrel looks much better, just a little more work….😊

Denny Stamps dimensions of 55 drum doubled with a 2x4 in between should measure 35x49.5. That would make the 4 long 2x4's 56 1/2" and the 3 inside ones 35" each. So 3 10' 2x4's, and 2 4x4x8's. plus a 1 lb box of 2 1/2" deck screws.

At 5:49 what if you flipped one of the halves around matching top to bottom, then the measurements should be the same.

Dimensions did not include top decking boards.. If you made 2 u would get 5 8' deck boards.
