I was driving my truck the first time I heard this song. I thought cool song, celebrating Alabama. Then when Alabama came in harmonizing, I cut loose with a scream that startled a couple of drivers next to me. I love Alabama and have missed hearing their music. Brad Paisley, thank you for bring back one of my favorite bands.
1st time i heard this it was when a teen pop band was "ripping off the who" and i heard this... and thought "man even country music's changing for the worse.... then i heard Alabama start singing and started tearing up tears of joy
I love that Brad Paisley is humble enough to share with us his respect and borderline hero-worship of the guys in Alabama. Brad Paisley is a fantastic musician and performer and Alabama...these guys are simply legends. Yeah, guys!!! All American energy!
This is one of my all-time favorite Brad Paisley songs. But because he included Alabama, it means a whole lot more. Good song all the way around man. Been listening to it for 10 years now. I can't believe it's even been that long....
I'm a Native Georgian and proud of it but Alabama is a cool state too This video reminds me of those yearly road trips to Fort Payne for the Alabama Christmas concerts as a child, such great memories :)
I saw Alabama at the Montana State Fair in Great Falls in 1986. They tore up the stage!! Their tunes, harmonies and guitars were flawless!! The best country concert of the time.
wow, I'm from Europe and country is not popular here at all, but I've recently started listening to Brad Paisley (heard about him on an internet forum), at first because he's hell of a player (I play guitar myself), but then started to admire his music and the whole genre. It's really special kind of music, very honest and straightforward. You can tell that Brad is not doing it for the cash, but he's really believing in what he's doing. I wish I could be at his gig someday. Cheers!
That is AWESOME! For those of us who ever had a dream to be a singer, I would DEFINATELY want to honor those who were great. Remember when country was country. Bring back the fiddle genre. Great job Brad.
@dodgeramsport01 yeah I don't think that they did him right however I don't know what arrangement they had with him either. Not saying that it was right but I definitely don't know the facts.
@southerngent716 they bitched that he got paid before they did, which is still yet to be. Proven wanted to remove him from all the pictures, videos, etc! The bottom line is they didn't get along with him! They said he was just an employee and not part of the band, etc! Yet he accepted awards on their behalf, was credited on all the albums, etc! He is also by far the best drummer in country/southern rock! They are cousins and he wasn't is all it boiled down to! Just a pissing match of one of the greatest bands ever! I lost all respect for them after that! And regret wasting my money to see them years ago
Brother Brad, you offered my favorite country song in 20 years when I heard this for the first time! Absolutely amazing idea for the hit, and thank you for doing such a respectful job of honoring the Greatest Band In Country Music History!
I'm not much into modern country music, but I'm really glad to see the modern artists giving props to originals like Alabama. I wish more of today's country songs sounded like the '80s and '90s tunes, but this is a good song! And I love how they edited Brad into the old Alabama music videos haha.
It's Almost 2018 And Brad is still Rockin with Alabama and Jeff! I was raised on Alabama and this song does such amazing justice to the memories of being wild and free listening to Alabama!
BRAD PASILEY TO ME,is the Greatest Country Music artist in the world,Hes great at playing hiss guitars and singing too, just all around a super human being with a great ❤ 🤍 heart.I love him and all he does, we need lot more Brad Pasileys in this world.Hes the best of the best.
Still LOVE this video! My favorite current country artist, paired with my favorite country group of all time. I get chills as soon as I see Randy Owen appear. Proud to be from the great state of Alabama.
This song reminds me of my Mama. She loved Alabama until the day she passed. We played Alabama at her memorial n I know She was up in Heaven smiling down! Miss u more everyday! Love Sissy
One of my favorite Brad songs. I don't know why it didn't get more air play. Let's also not forget that Brad is a freaking monster guitarist, phenomenal, to say the least. Guitarists who watch him know his technique is insanely crazy. His bends, on and offs, abrupt chord changes, stretches, etc. The man is one easily one of the top 5 guitarists of today.
basically its a video collaboration of past Alabama songs put together and revamped with brad and brought back to life , after watching it I was going to say oh my, this is been done many times before and wasn't thinking the original group wasn't going to make a appearance , but I was delighted that they showed up near the end an made a great collaboration with brad its sorta worked for the times , kudos for the band how its was done A++ performance
It's awesome to see Justin Williamson and Jeff Cook duking it out on the fiddle here. It's also cool seeing Jeff Gordon, and Darrell waltrip in this video as well. "Boogity boogity boogity, let's go racing, boys!" Classic. Also, with all due respect to Brad, I wish Mark Herndon was in this video, as well as the old shots of Alabama from back in their heyday.
I'm not quite sure the purpose of Jeff Gordon being in the video but I loved the fact that they used old video of Alabama and then they appear older. Makes you miss them so much.
Me and my dad went to see the coke 600 the year this song came out I’ll never forget the smile on my old man’s face. Brad paisley was always a staple for me growing up. A truly great role model.
BRAD PAISLEY AND JEFF GORDON IN ONE VIDEO?! WHY HAVEN'T I SEEN THIS SOONER?! Just saw Gordon race his last race today, kudos to the legend and my favorite driver. As for Brad; keep on singin' man every song you sinf hits home with me (and many others i'm sure). Thanks for keeping country alive!
Yep still listening to this even today. Such a great video and song. Brad and Alabama and Jeff and DW and Rick Hendrick Just classic. Love when Jeff points at Brad that he is Jeff Gordon. "Thanks a lot. Just for that Im keeping the car" "You should been doing at least 200, and you call yourself Jeff Gordon!"
By far the funniest part of the whole video was the banter at the end between Brad paisley and Jeff Gordon. I rank this song up there with start a band, and ticks, and online.
This music video never gets old. I could listen to it over and over. I love Brad Paisley and love love Alabama! Saw them in concert in Wichita, KS and will not hesitate to see them again.
Still love this song!! Brad's so freakin awesome, writing lyrics, getting ALABAMA to join in, and all those guitar riffs at the end.... its just THE perfect song to crank up and sing along like nobody's watching!!! 👀
Brad Paisley was genius to put this together. Alabama's music was the soundtrack to my 20s - on vacation with my husband and we'd pop in a cassette and sing along. An awesome band. Brad's a blessing.
I love this song and it’s real Country Music not Pop Country and i love seeing Brad Paisley and Alabama singing together that shows real country music is back I grew up on George Strait, Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley
Brad's singing don't in anyway compare to Alabama's singing. Alabama is in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT League than Brad Paisley. It's like comparing Major League (Alabama) to kids League (Brad Paisley). Alabama is just WAY BETTER!
Man it almost brings a tear to my eye seeing Jeff still up and singing good as ever in this video from 10 short years ago….I’ve seen Alabama live 3 times, the last time being about 6 months ago. Sadly Jeff Cook is no longer able to tour with the band, play his legendary fiddle or sing because of Parkinson’s disease. Randy and Teddy put on a GREAT show but it just wasn’t the same when it came time to play “if you’re gonna play in Texas” and Jeff wasn’t there to open up his case. Here’s hoping they find a way to cure Parkinson’s before it takes another legend like Mr. Cook off the stage.
Brad Paisley is absolutely insane, charming, talented, just kind of a perfect human being and when it comes to playing guitar everybody says Jimi Hendrix I’m kind of on Brad side oh well I like them both different style but Brad kills it
It´s really Brad Pasley got an idea how to make good videos to his good songs. Telling or at least underlining the spoken story in pictures. Great job.
Brad joins Alabama for a perfect example of southern rock, a fusion developed in the Southern U.S. from rock and roll, country music, and blues, focused generally on electric guitar and vocals of country music with boogie rhythms and fast guitar leads, an lyrics extolling the values, aspirations - and excesses - of Southern working-class young adults. Of Alabama since my teens. Of you, ever since I heard the song He Didn't Have to Be. Been loving your music since then
Amen brother!!
@Brad Paisley be gone bot

A fan of this country singer.

Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
Listening to old Alabama and driving thru Tennessee is about as country as it gets. All music changes and evolves
Hello dear, it’s nice meeting you on here.
I love Brad's rspect for the ones who came before him. He always shows it.
Violet Miller it’s like a song I think willie nelson sang about country singers before him
Violet Miller no going call Kelsey ballerina
His Jimmy Dickens videos were halarious as well!
@Brad Paisley be gone bot
I love that he chose to honour my faves!
This is one of my all-time favorite Brad Paisley songs. But because he included Alabama, it means a whole lot more. Good song all the way around man. Been listening to it for 10 years now. I can't believe it's even been that long....
I love that part when they show up+
I'm a Native Georgian and proud of it but Alabama is a cool state too This video reminds me of those yearly road trips to Fort Payne for the Alabama Christmas concerts as a child, such great memories :)
I saw Alabama at the Montana State Fair in Great Falls in 1986. They tore up the stage!! Their tunes, harmonies and guitars were flawless!! The best country concert of the time.
I just love how Brad incorporates so many stars in his videos, especially the older ones (like Alabama!), along with the rest!
How do you not like country music? It gives me an indescribable feeling
I used to claim to dislike it but the truth was I never gave it a chance. Once I did give it a chance I realized how amazing it is.
It warms my heart to see a musical artist truly pay tribute to the music he grew up listening to. MAD RESPE
ct, Mr. Paisley.

Jebus, Brad is considered as one of the best ever! This video should be in the HOF of country already. It is the BEST country music video ever done..

Alabama popping up in the song makes me so happy!!!!!! From a gal in her 30s, loving the greats!!! And Brad of course
Brad is just pure country class and a great showman ,you can tell he loves what he's doing /,,/
Paisley is the most underrated guitar player. One of the best of our time.
ALABAMA , NASCAR , AND BRAD PAISLEY ? By far my most favorite video . Keep'em coming Brad
@Brad Paisley I have been a DIE HARD fan since your songs " He didn't have to be " & " We Danced " that I believe came out in 1999 .
@Brad Paisley Your welcome Brad Paisley thanks

He don't compare to Alabama
It's great when modern younger artists can combine with the incredible classics of country
Still LOVE this video! My favorite current country artist, paired with my favorite country group of all time. I get chills as soon as I see Randy Owen appear. Proud to be from the great state of Alabama.

Brad paseley has always been one of my favorite artests. He keeps it real and his style and music is true country.
One of my favorite Brad songs. I don't know why it didn't get more air play.
Let's also not forget that Brad is a freaking monster guitarist, phenomenal, to say the least.

One if the best collaboration songs. Love all those guys. And the end is hillarious
great memory for Brad Paisley a video with the band Alabama.
Brad Paisley is, definitely, one of the best guitar players around, today. Right up there with Glen Campbell and Steve Wariner.
that is respect to the elders, an dam the harmonics are off the chart's they still have it
Yep still listening to this even today. Such a great video and song. Brad and Alabama and Jeff and DW and Rick Hendrick Just classic. Love when Jeff points at Brad that he is Jeff Gordon. What was your favorite cassette?
So much quality in every Brad Paisley song.
I love this song and it’s real Country Music not Pop Country and i love seeing Brad Paisley and Alabama singing together that shows real country music is back I grew up on George Strait, Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley
Awesome song and tribute! As good of a singer that he is, there's not a better song writer in Nashville than Paisley.
I knew that when i first heard "Another You" by David Kirsch. (Brad wrote that song before he received his first record deal.)
❤❤❤💗💗💗
Brad's singing don't in anyway compare to Alabama's singing. Alabama is in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT League than Brad Paisley. It's like comparing Major League (Alabama) to kids League (Brad Paisley). Alabama is just WAY BETTER!

I can’t believe Jeff Cook is no longer with us. Alabama got me started on country music. Great song!
I got to say, I miss Alabama. The main reason I like this song is the tune and they're in it.
He's such a hot guitar player... definitely the best in country music by far.
