    These videos saved me. I do them 6 days a week. Before doing them I was on the verge of developing type 2 diabetes. I have greatly reduced the risk by doing the exercises daily. For those of you complaining I recommend doing the beginner video and work your way up like i did.

    I just turned 63 and have never been in better shape. I exercise daily a min. of 60 mins. Usually more. I'm constantly looking for enjoyable but effective exercise videos. What I love about this one is I actually have to concentrate to remember the routine as it builds. That really makes the time fly by. I will definitely be adding this to my rotation at least two or three times a week and will be checking out your other videos. Thanks so much!

    So grateful to have this for free. My first attempt at this session I am not really very well co-ordinated but like anything the more you do the more you will improve so I'm looking forward to keep going with this, hopefully get fitter and lose some weight. What's even better is I can attend from home as I wouldn't attend an in person class. Thank you for providing these classes.

      Might be worth trying something like team body project excerise. Similar movement but easier to follow

    Trying to get back into aerobics. This was a nice way to make that happen. I appreciate the cardio stretches and the brain exercise to remember the routines along with some AB work. Thank you so much

      The title says - intermediate, which means it’s aimed for people who have basic experience in those type of activities.

    I enjoyed this after having started on the beginner routine for a few weeks. I think if you have the beginner video nailed this is easier to follow as the steps are very similar just slightly different arms and a faster pace. I'll work on this for a while and hopefully move up to the next one!

    It seemed to me there were adequate repeats, and then a new simple step was added. I did slow it down to 75% speed, which is what I always do and it is much more enjoyable. But hey, terrific workout and I shall go back to it.

    I've always wondered why the choreography is so important, specifically the quick alteration between steps. Why not 8 times each step/exercise. Then you can actually focus on which muscles you have to use etc. Now it just becomes a chaotic situation which is discouraging.

    this is my 2nd time attempting to do this and i struggled because the music is at one pace but the instructor is at a completely different pace. This would probably be a lot easier to follow if they put it over a different song

  • @pmeturton6417

    I found this demonstration when searching for senior aerobics routine. As as senior, found this too fast and too many changes to follow as I was continually getting behind to the pace of the demonstration. It seems advanced rather than intermediate. Also difficult to do in the home where space is limited. More time is required for following what are fairly complicated sequential moves. I gave up.

    Good workout but there are so many changes so often it's hard to settle into a flow, holding on one thing for longer would be so much less stressful

    • @annettegenovesi
      @annettegenovesi 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Shughy it is an intermediate workout. The beginner ones are easier.

      Agree, done many classes over the years and usually there are more repeats. But perhaps she was trying to add interest into a short routine.

    Far too complicated to follow. Cardio doesn’t need to be this complicated, it just puts people off.

    I think this is a pretty good workout but the music is very distracting. The instructor is clearly not exercising to the soundtrack shoved on top so remove it! I prefer exercising to music but only if the instructor uses it to inform the pace of the movements. I instinctively move to the rhythm of music so trying to follow the instructor in this routine was impossible. This was handled much better on the beginners video. So, my suggestion regarding the music would be to use it or lose it!

    This is an ok routine, but the instructor cues poorly and the flow seems erratic.

  • @Chachacha123
    @Chachacha123 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Messy and the routine is not intermediate at all. Can’t believe how long the instructor takes with such little choreography and difficult to listen to her breathe so heavily with slow, low impact choreography.
