I get the struggle because I have been there before but in my honest opinion, you would be better off using a wireless extender that has an Ethernet port on it and then connecting that to your phone’s hotspot and plugging the wired device into it or an unmanaged switch if more wired ports are needed. The extender and unmanaged switches are quite cheap and can always come in handy later down the road. The benefit of this setup is that your traffic isn’t hopping through as many networks before it gets out to the internet which could potentially cause issues if not setup properly.
