- After having this grill for a few years and keeping it under cover 24/7 I was very suppressed when I notice that my legs rusted out
completely, but it didn't freaked me out, I already knew I'm gonna find the way to fix it and keep my grill.

Great restoration, just one tip, remove the rust from your grate, put vegetable oil and set fire to the grill for an hour or so to season it. Periodic seasoning will prevent rust.

3/4" EMT conduit actually fits inside the old legs, or replaces the legs at any length you choose. 👍👍
Nice! Have same grill with the side smoker attatchment, taking off side smoker rusted away, main grill is ok, just need new legs like you did here, perfect!

You welcome. You can use PVC pipe and build from different fittings proper diameter and height. Paint it black later

PVC? Not a good idea, but what you did is excellent.
Just want to let you know it's been over 5 years now since I made this repair and it's still there, it's still works perfectly fine, no rust at all paint still holding up just fine and it sits outside all these years
