For me personally I also usually get a hot beverage, preferably cacao since it helps open the heart and I do a little blessing ritual and I also work a lot with my crystal allies so I have a ritual of opening up to the crystal spirit before starting to shuffle. What I really loved is when you mentioned to be excited about the shuffle, at the begining I was always nervous but then as I got more experience I realized that's actually the most exciting part, like when you go to the cinema and you sit on the chair waiting for the movie to start, always gets me so excited. Where do you get this intuition spray.Glad to know someone else isn't crazy about sage.I don't care for the scent sometimes I will burn candles or even Palo Santo sometimes not always..Someone suggested juniper or lavender even rosemary..I think I will try the spray route.Where can I find it?
