      Hi thank you for sharing your knowledge with us 🙏 I would like to ask for those who are readers, if we just do tarot readings recorded for collective should we protect our energy and how? Thank you in advance because I am feeling drained and weak lately and I was hospitalized for that...❤🙏

      Oh my, hope you're recovering. The drain is real. Keep your boundaries firm! I'll ponder if I have any strategies and maybe I'll post a video about that soon ❤️

      I have done a lot of psychic nights, tarot parties and worked on tarot lines where it is client after client after client. By the end of the night i was often nearly doubled over with pain in my abdomen. Weird but connected to the mental drain. Do not drink alcohol before a reading but do drink water and stay hydrated through out. Even if it is sip or two every now and then.

    New here. New in tarot readings with all the cards. I literally have spent 7 hours on my first card… had a headache, gone for a few walks and then it hit me, was later night. So sometimes you can have that right questions but you never thought on that one possibility that is in the card. It’s a mind opener.

    Thank you for this. I'm relatively new to Tarot but its clear that what you get out of the cards is proportional to the honesty. curiosity, and imagination you bring to them. We are not on that deep level all the time with work, the world and other people blowing your mind. You have to shut that noise off and connect/meditate, and slow tf down. Open yourself up and see what happens.
    I have a reading coming uo in 2 weeks and these ideas are super helpful. Thank you ❤.

    I found this video to be so amazingly helpful for me being new to tarot in its entirety. I was drawn to the cards and started exploring them on my own. I've been thinking of getting a reading from someone but I wouldn't even know where to start. Who do I go to, how do I choose? Furthermore, what should I expect in terms of the exchange between the reader and myself etc. Like is it ok to dialog during a reading?
    Wow! This video has given remarkable insight it answered so many questions for me, some of which I didn't know I even had.
    Thank you for this! Your content is so very well put together and very insightful. I appreciate your frankness, honesty and how you share your own experiences, this really helps me put your ideas into perspective. Keep em coming sis!

      I am new to tarot reading as well, but I have already been reading for people. I prefer it when people do dialog with me during readings. It helps me pinpoint what the cards are saying, and sometimes cards will flip off the deck as the person is saying something in particular!
      Now, I had a man talk (monologue) for two hours and not even let me finish my sentences, that was aggravating!
      And I have had poker-faces look at me and not help me at all.
      So, talk, be open and honest, ask, but don't divert from the topic like a drunk on steroids or interrupt the reading too much.

    I’ve just discovered your channel and I’m loving it so far! So sweet natured and lovely. Just one thing though 🥺🥺 and it’s not a huge deal it’s just something that is minor frustrating and that’s the music on in the background. I was trying so hard not to click off this video but that classical music in the background is so distracting that I just found myself clicking out of it which sucks because this is a video I really wanted to watch! Love your channel though girl you’re killing it!

    He was a good sport but I’m sure I was a drain.

    Haha that sounds like the Deviant Moon Tarot. I actually love that deck but I'm a bit of a weirdo. I have everything from cartoony like The Dark Mansion, to Deviant Moon to hold white floral shiny. I'm a mixed bag. Depends on the mood I am in.

    • @PersephonesSister
      @PersephonesSister  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @Livingtabitha 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@PersephonesSister I actually love your aesthetic. I can really appreciate and embrace the femininity you are releasing. It makes me want to get more in touch with my divine feminine. I feel like I've been overly masculine my entire life. Probably for reasons of control. The more I try to get in touch with my divine feminine the more florally I get lol.

    For several years I did readings in psychic fairs, psychic expos, Celtic festivals, Scottish games festivals, private divination parties, Wiccan festivals, and online. We often did readings for clients back-to-back and there was no time between readings for meditating, giving yourself space, and all that. I just made sure that I shuffled my deck very, very thoroughly, and my readings were 100 percent accurate 100 percent of the time. The rest is, from my perspective, just mindless hocus pocus.

    • @PersephonesSister
      @PersephonesSister  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes of course, when I work at fairs or events there’s no time for space setting or cleansing or the like. But this is really for the 95% of readers who pull cards for themselves and want to feel centered and connected. They want to make it feel special, and these are ways to do that 👍

    hi I'm going to tarot reading today for the first time! I'm so excited but I was wondering do I need to ask my reader if it's okay to record it like on a voice note .or shall I just leave my phone in my pocket ready recording I just don't want to piss them off or for them to think I'm rude haha .

    • @PersephonesSister
      @PersephonesSister  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's a great question! 99% of tarot readers are totally fine with you recording it, just let your reader know you're going to make sure they're aware ❤️❤️ Have a great reading!

    Hi! Thank you for this video. I went to my first reading today. I was wondering if it is common that the reader ends the session 10-15 minutes earlier? I didn’t come to the reading very prepared and was pretty nervous. Now i am afraid that i offended the reader. Keep up the good work!

    • @PersephonesSister
      @PersephonesSister  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't think it's common to end a session early, perhaps your reader had a reason to cut it short. But I really don't think you offended your reader! In this profession it's their job to be patient and empathetic 💖💖

    Sorry but I'm a little confused. People will come to a tarot reader and want the reader to do a reading on someone else's life? What does that mean, reading for 3rd parties?

    • @PersephonesSister
      @PersephonesSister  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It means when you come to a reading and ask the reader to tell you about someone who’s not there like, “tell me what my boyfriend is thinking” or “why is my mother acting this way?” Because they are not there they are a third party and for many readers they don’t want to guess at their actions or motivations
