It must be AWESOME to be a friend to Talmage... no fast food, no alcohol, nothing destructive... just a friend to talk, have fun, and have a good time... goddammit, life would be amazing.
I'm super impressed with this! I *wish* my dad had cared enough about himself (and about me) to hand down a lineage of healthy living & eating like this! ❤
You can tell he is intelligent and very healthy in his mind from how he talks. He chooses his words with intent and takes his time before he speaks which reminds me of how Edward Witten speaks.
@@Project.Andrewyes, I’ve been working on a video recapping the full summit! It’ll be posted on Plant Chompers YT channel and I’ll let you know when it’s out. Thank you again for this great comprehensive video ❤
@@Project.Andrew Hi Andrew, here's the video recap of the Don't Die SF Summit! It includes Bryan, Talmage & Rich Johnson interviews! 🔥 th-cam.com/video/Gz7FmNsnVYw/w-d-xo.html Thanks again for your awesome video interviewing Talmage :) Really cool channel, keep it up!!
Hey Im a german 18 year old who recently got into health care and started taking it more seriously. Im so glad I found your channel because you are just as me still very young and I always wondered what I should do since I don’t need all that reverse aging stuff like bryan does. Where did you get that Information about talmage from? I'd like to follow his training, at least the stretching, and I'd like to know more about what he actually uses of blueprint and what he doesn't use. Hope you can give me some answers on those questions
As far as i know bryan johnson has all their recipes for free online, just google for bryan johnson recipes :) also all supplements and training they do is there
Smoking hot video! Wasn't aware he kept following the Blueprint protocol on some sort for so long. That's crazy for such a young guy being interested in longivity.
Thanks! I think it’s incredible that he got into longevity so young. IMO it’s the equivalent of starting a Roth IRA at 16. It should pay massive dividends as he ages.
Great video! Can you link his original video? Also, one thing I think that should be prefaced in more videos is about sleep tracking. It seems it can be a double edge sword: its great for understanding what works for you, but also for some it may be anxiety inducing to fret over the metrics thereby acting against sleep (I've been in the later camp haha).
I haven’t released the original video yet, but I’ll likely post it within the next few weeks. I agree on sleep tracking. I personally really enjoy the data and I find that it doesn’t bother me to see poor metrics. However, I completely understand how it can induce anxiety for some people. It’s really one of those things where it’s up to individuals to decide if sleep tracking is worth it for them in the long run.
Its really hard to eat 3200 cals with healthy food, because you feel so satiated and full all the time, and then you have to squeeze it in 8h window, which makes it even harder. I usually get 2700 in and then for the last 500 I need to eat right before bed time which then ruins my sleep..
nice video! I have tried a weekend of the blue print diet. But cound't find time and effort to try it for longer, mainly because my girldfirend and dog don't wanna follow along with the program :O :P. I feel like I would like to minimise the amount of money and time too the diet. Could you make a video with a minimalist Blue Print Diet theme? Where you show whats the best bang for your buck with the food part of it. And maybe how to meal prep it too! I did doo the muddy pudding prep but never prepped for the others. That would take upp our whole fridge ):
I try to balance these titles between being boring and clickbait. He’s actually over 3 years in having started in Feb of 2021 :) I tried Bryan’s OG diet for about 200 days total, and it’s really tough to maintain. Survive might not be the best word, but it definitely converts 🙌 Appreciate your feedback.
@@Project.Andrew- according to the youtube videos that I've seen, he was eating meat up until early last year. So, that wouldn't qualify as being on Blueprint I don't think. IDK, I've gone to some meetups and people say they are on blueprint but then are doing some crazy things like drinking raw milk or something. lol.
If you study the long lived of the world, they ate lots of animal products. The long living of Soviet Georgia ate lots of fatty ruminant meat and fermented pasture raised dairy products from kefir to fresh cheese and butter. Every vegan I have personally know looks aged prematurely. I wonder about the older ageless vegans I see on the internet as I see their followers not having the same results. It can be quite confusing. I look way younger eating zero carb rare ruminant meat. IBS gone in a week. I was strict vegan…all types of vegan for 5 years and it severely aged me. The oxalates in this diet are insane….The salicylates as well. I imagine he has some giants sloppy poops…if you have to wipe and get residue on paper your diet is inappropriate for a human.
I don't know who you are, but I say, how old are you? I'm saying you're 32-34 years old. If you have less that's fine. Otherwise you're doing it all wrong.

Starting at 16? Damn he’s gonna be immortal.
he may. with current technological speed... it's not too far

Let’s go! Congrats on making some cool videos
@@Project.Andrew Where can we find what exactly he eats?
@@NEC591 You should copy Bryan's diet, which is found on his website. Just google bryan johnson blueprint diet. You'll get it.

Way to go Talmage, very proud of you! Keep up the good work!
One of your best videos! I really liked it.
I was always curious on how talmage approches the protocoll but couldnt find much, thx for the vid
Glad it was helpful! Thinking about doing a video with Talmage in person. Let me know if you want to see that.
@@Project.Andrew Yeah that would be cool, maybe also some insight in how his typical day looks like.

Would be sweet to get those portions/recipes for the less culinary inclined among us who also need more than 2250 calories!
This was a really good video, saw the whole thing!
thanks for bringing this to us.
Insane that youre only at 18k subs, really good content. Thanks alot. Would you mind sharing the recipes somewhere?
im also 19 ,, not strictly on blueprint but im trying
Great video! Where can we get details on talmage‘s diet? Like recipes etc
Thanks!
Planning to create a guide for people who have been asking. I’ll post soon.

@@Project.Andrew got it!
hoe long doed talmage trsin zon2
Loved this I’m gonna try it myself! Would you have an estimate on how much this would cost per day? Thank you 🙏
Good video 🎉
I wish I could do the full blueprint but cooking all these veggies every day just takes forever
Can you recommend a simple and easy stretching routine that isn't more than 10-15 min a day?
What is Talmages weight and height? That would have been interesting to know in the video
Otherwise banger video
Great video, do you think he can sustain it for a long time though?
It will be interesting to see. He seems really committed
@@Project.Andrew can't wait to see the results

What happened to the woman who Bryan selected for the protocol?
Is he stretching before or after the training?

can you ask Talmage for the Stretching Exercise Plan?
What about the creatine?
theres no debate about that lol 5:25
Where did you find that video and his protocol, diet? I cant find it.
I interviewed him :) will probably release the interview in a few weeks
What stretching dose he do?
can you tell us the recipes
If you really want to live forever eat nothing but meat, and do some fasting. I do a 36h fast every week and a 72-96h fast once a month.
❤❤❤
I’ll stick to my blue rare steak
All the oldest people on earth get plenty of sun and are tan.
Survived? Nice clickbait

Why do you use clickbait titles, though?
He didn't survive anything. The routine is not $2million. And he hasn't been doing it for 3 years.

It's not about how old someone looks
Looking at his hair line and natural hair color. He is still very young.
where can we find these recipes? i been wanting to get some variation in on my blueprint evening meals..
