I don' really recommend this card unless its all you can get . If you can extend budget a bit smt like GTX 970 would be way better . I'm not sure can 270x even launch U4 but i guess it could run it ~30-40fps . Can't confirm unfortunately now
No point in getting this card, it requires hefty PSU for its 180W TDP, and performance is similar to RX 460 which has TDP of 75W and similar performance and price.

I agree. But then again if you can get it for next to nothing like 5-10 then why not i guess
