    Soluna open comb razor from Czechoslovakia is identical copy of this razor only the handle is diferent and it is my favorite razor for shaving.Very eficient and litle more agressive ,I own about 20 razors but this one is the best .

    Very nice job, these razors shave really well. I have one in the same configuration except mine has MADE IN USA stamped, and is unplated brass - one of the cheapest models. Your razor would have come in a nicer case and was a bit more expensive because of the plating :)

      Yeah, i totally agree!! It shave very well. I don't use it so much cause i prefer not to damage it. Maybe in the future i'll do a professional plating 😊

    Did u fix the splits in the handle?? If so, how did u do it--pics wouldbe welcome--

      I fixed it using an universal adhesive glue. I used a Bostik product, here in Italy it is a good brand.
      The important thing is that stick on the metal.
      I used this method couse i personally use the razor rarely and i didn't wont to squash the tube and risk damaging it.

    I just bought one that looks a bit like this one.open comb ball end handel but it seems to bi silverplatet i don't know the model or how to cleen it .do you have any advice about that.

      maybe it is slightly different because the one I have was for the Italian market and produced in England. Unfortunately, the method that I used (artisanal and not with professional nickel coating) is not possible for the silver coating. For the deposition of silver by electrolysis (if it can be done) home made I think it is expensive, so if you want to redo the silver coating I suggest you contact a metal surface treatment company in your area

      @@dietrolarasatura1477 I suspected it.but do youknow how to find out what type and model of safety razor i bought 5 in a package on ebay and know little about it except 3 of them are Gillette and 2 Schick.
