I've had this welder for about a year and a half and I really like it, but there are a few minor quirks, in your video you ran into them too. I removed the clear cover because it's really hard to open with welding gloves on. The outer two (arrow) buttons on the control panel are confusing too, it's like they originally set up their software menus to use left and right arrows, then at the last minute changed it to have a separate pulse menu on the left switch and everything else on the right, and there was no time to change the switch labels accordingly. Overall a great welder, and the air cooled flex-lock torch it comes with has been just fine. I mainly use it in the 9/20 configuration and have welded steel, aluminum and stainless without it ever getting too hot. Good video!
Purchased the very same combo a year ago. Added the 20 series Roto-Flex torch as the supplied 9 series version kind of spoiled me. As a new to TIG welding hobbyist, I might have racked up 70 to 80 hours in the past 14 months Not much in professional seat time metrics; still, so far, so good. No gripes.

Thanks I appreciate that. I put a tab on the clear cover to pull it open easier with gloves on. But yeah those arrows are confusing to me as well !
