Thanks for this really interesting video Katya, I have digestive issues and also the beginning of marionette lines so it's interesting to hear the connection. I do eat mostly unrefined food, lots of fresh fruit and veg and I always drink lemon water or fresh cucumber juice every morning. I also find eating slowly and mindfully has a big impact on how my body digests food - eating quickly causes problems (unsurprisingly) but a mindful approach to eating and enjoying food makes a big difference to how I feel afterwards. Improving digestion is definitely a journey, really glad you have made huge progress with yours, that's very encouraging!
Ahh Anne, Thank you so so much for your comment. I agree it really is a journey 🥰. And defo a personal one. That is so wonderful that you are already doing the fruit and veg etc. I absolutely love how you have shared mindful eating! That is such a wonderful valuable tip! And cucumber and lemon drink first thing. I do love the lemon drink I haven't tried the cucumber, do you put sliced in your water? Fasting was a game changer for me also, have you tried it? Thank you, it really is encouraging, I will do a before and after picture soon to show you the difference in my skin. 😘 I hope you can keep on healing your digestion and see more improvements...Thank you for sharing this with me, it means so much😍

Thank you for this video the algorithm is on today lol I’m into health and beauty and in particular the connection between the two. I’ve had imperfect digestion for quite some time (genetic ibs lol) recently I’ve been working very hard at pinpointing what helps and works for me. 1. Eating less and well balanced. I only eat three meals a day absolutely no snacking. This alone has changed my gut health. 2. Low Fodmap. If you know you know, I have reduced my symptoms to barely anything and feel very calm and normal. 3. Reduce stress. This can be tricky but eating well and on time gives me control and comfort. I take walks make to do lists sleep and nap and journal. I have these little routines in my day and journaling and walking are my outlets as well as diet and sleep are my energizers and keep excess stress at bay. Breathing and positive affirmations are some stress reducers I’d like to work on. It’s a journey but I’ve definitely come a long way.

Sleep and exercise, we can definitely agree but most of the time we can’t sleep because of the problems with the gut which is connected with stress as well. Great video. Thank you for sharing ❤.
I have been drinking apple cider vinegar (diluted in water) for a decade now (for gut health) and it definately shows on my face. I have a great complexion at 60 and never have worn foundation. Don't need it. Gut health is the key to skin health. Radiant glow!
Hello @blitzkrieg6872 This is amazing and I so agree with the benefits of apple cider vinegar and helping turn the body's ph! This is so amazing you never wear foundation because your complexion is beautiful. I sometimes wonder if the makeup is created to make the complexion off so you keep wearing it haha. I can take it or leave it myself it depends on how I feel. Thank you for watching, sharing and commenting it means so much. 🥰
@@Consciousbreathyoga Thanks for your reply to my comment and I'm glad you liked what I wrote. Yes, I believe that foundation makeup creates an addiction. It's very bad for the skin and very aging. Wearing it for years will deteriorate the skin to where you need to keep on applying it in order to cover up the bad skin that was created by foundation in the first place. Also, I believe that foundation creates a psychological dependency, because it gives you unrealistic standards of how you want your skin to look at all times. When you don't wear it (me) you get used to seeing your own skin (which may not be perfect and neither is mine) and you adjust your standards to a more realistic level and can still feel confident being seen in public with uncovered skin. Apple cider vinegar prevents hyperpigmentation from the inside and reduces hyperpigmentation that already exists. By drinking it and using it topically as a toner. Because as you said, it creates a PH balance and therefore strengthens the acid mantle of the dermis. The polyphenols that it contains of powerful anti-oxidants and the acetic acid that it is made of is considered to be (warming and circulatory) in ayurvedic and chinese medicine. That means the substance removes bile and toxins from the liver and keeps the liver clean and well functioning so that the skin can glow the way it was meant to.
Hi love thank you for this amazing and inspiring video. I myself am struggling with a lot of skin issues and I do have a lot of health and hormonal issues and symptoms, including the early 11 lines that must indeed be connected to my liver ! I have been trying many diets to heal my gut and get rid of my symptoms notably keto diet, almost carnivore etc. I just recently tried adding more fruits and only fruit certain days or certain mornings and my digestion is so much better ! I would love if you could talk about this topic more because sometimes I have a fear due to all of the specialists saying to eat more protein less sugar, but every time I do eat more protein I cannot go to the bathroom and I get a lot of pain ! This would be very interesting to hear you talk about your diet experience, we need more people like you
Oh Dolly, @dollypanther thank you so so much for your amazing comment! Yes I know exactly what you mean and I do agree with what your instincts are telling you about the protein.... and your body is telling you also! I will talk about this I will! Thank you for asking, this really is a topic I love and I will share my insight into protein in another video. Thank you so much for asking and being here 🥰 I would defo say from my personal experience and research add lots more veg and fruit as pure as you can get it (organic if you can)...they are the best for healing...😘But I will make a video on this for you 😍

This was so interesting Katya! Thank you 🙏 When you mentioned about the 11 lines being connected to the liver, it made me think of TCM. Is face mapping based on TCM? Definitely intrigued to look at marionette lines and intensive connection now xxx
Hi Helen, ah thank you for watching. @WellWithHels I am so glad you found it interesting. What does TCM stand for just so I can have a look myself? i have no idea what that is? Yes it is so fascinating, isn't it. I love it. 🥰
@ Traditional Chinese Medicine 🥰 The liver is related to anger, so it would make sense that, that part of the face is related to the liver! So so interesting! Thank you for sharing xxx

Hi Katya, thanks so much for your videos. I was wondering if you could drop a link or speak more about facial mapping. What’s a good website or info to check out? Specifically accordion lines that are not really folds but just lines there prematurely. Cheers ❤
Hi @moflionhill3512 Thank you for watching and for your comment. Yes, I can share more information on the face mapping for sure! it is several holistic sites I researched but not one dedicated to it. But I will share more information and reference all the sites I use for sure just so you can do extra research and study 🥰Ahh so some are facial expressions we continuously make, they can create fine lines. This would be natural for sure, like repetition and tension in the muscles. 😘Are they around the mouth of the accordion lines? Just so I can understand and help more 🤗
@ thank you! That’s really sweet! I’m only 34 and I’ve been dealing with black mold poisoning since 2020 and I’m pretty sure that’s why the premature lines have shown up. I eat very well and I don’t eat grains or processed food. The lines I guess are exactly where the nasalabiol folds would be except they’re not quite folds because I have a very slim face with very little fat. I’m wondering if you think there’s an organ connected with that area that I could give more attention to.
@@moflionhill3512 Oh my gosh I am so sorry you have had mould, it is so horrible, isn't it! Was that in your home? @@Consciousbreathyoga I have definitely done some of your massages for that area and I love them. For me it was insomnia, infertility, hair loss and premature aging like very dry skin and and premature wrinkles and premature greying of the hair.
