5/26/2024 Neighbor trespasses again. this time he leaves tracks and ruts going under my chain.

Documenting neighbor trespassing on his riding mower. tracks show he goes under my chain and then leaves thatch on my lawn. As usual, he doesn’t trespass while I am at the property. this is the second time I have missed him by hours trespassing on my property.

Not familiar with the specifics here, but if your neighbour is an older person, it might be wise to just talk to him/her, and ask why he 'needs' to go via your path. Try resolve it without the police, if possible 👍

You two neighbors sound perfect for each other. Not sure of the current specific situation here with no description. Looks like a campground lot maybe? If it is enjoy all summer long worried about your neighbor riding the lawnmower down a strip of grass? Seems worth it?

Just ask him to be more respectful and if he’s going to use your property then to maintain it (to your standards) as well. Could be a win-win for you and who knows, you may even make life long friends out of it..!
