5/26/2024 After the latest trespass on a riding mower, we placed cinderblocks on our path.

After the latest trespass by the next door neighbor on a riding mower, we placed cinderblocks on our path. We wrapped the chain around the cinderblocks on the right to prevent him from going underneath the chain again. the only way through now is to break up the cinderblocks. This documents the latest in the trespassing and harassment that we’ve had to tolerate for over 2 years now.

Place No trespassing signs up if you haven't yet. Seems that you have, The Chain etc. with tape. AFTER the Caution Tape and Trench and No Trespassing sings. Bury a 2x4 across the path with nails in it. Or, Put in a Fence/Gate thing.
I Don't think it would be an illegal trap scenario if you put up caution, Do not Enter, Enter at your own risk signs etc and did the 2x4 thing, IANAL.
