- One of the coolest features on the Insta360 X3 is creating epic hyperlapses. In this video i show you how to set up the camera, shoot it, edit & export it in the Insta360 Studio desktop app.

AMAZING TUTORIAL. I been scrolling for hours trying to find a good tutorial. All the other tutorials are super basic or do not go into detail at all on how to do the spin effects and etc Thank you so much.
I didn’t even realize you were going to show each tutorial for each effect. Thank you so much 😭. Its way simpler than it looks and I seen so many people trying make people sign up for a course to show them how to do 2 key frames 🙄 thank you so much. I hope everyone who wants make hyperlapses watches this video and not these scammers videos
Thanks man! Glad it helped u out! It's really easy once you've played around with it a few times. So just take some test shots and literally mess around with the key frames ect and you'll be all good! Good luck with it 🙂

Thanks man! Glad it helped 😀 ... are u referring to shooting the hyperlapse? If u are then I would recommend shooting it in normal 360 mode and then speeding it up in the studio

Great tutorial James!! A couple questions, first question; when you recorded the video did you have stabilization on?
2nd questions, what mode did you use to record the video, is it single lens, 360, or memode?

Ahh thanks man! 😊 soo, yes stabilization was on and tbh I always keep it on... it was shot in the normal 360 mode, this gives u more flexibility if u want to change the angle of view round when editing. Hope that helps 👍
I dont see the icon/button (circle) to enable timeshift when I edit the video
Nice video, can we use the desktop app or the phone app to stitch the 3 examples u showed us, together to make a longer video?
Thanks mate 😀 unfortunately u can't currently edit videos together on either the app or desktop. The only way to do it would be to export each individual clip and edit them together in ur normal editing software like premiere. Hopefully they'll make it possible to do it in a future software update 🤞🏽
@@james.loxton thx, I ll have to wait and hope then..... I don't have any editing software..... The insta 360 studio desktop app would be the further I would go...... The rest is too complicated and I don't wanna pay for editing software (unless you recommend an easy/free one) 😁

Great video! Liked and subber for more X3 content. Would love to see more of the special features shown like star lapse and all the rest if you want ideas for m0ore videos. Would it matter much if I would choose the HDR video for this hyperlapse or if I would choose the Vivid color profile instead? Is anyone better than the other?
Ahh thanks and welcome 😀 I can definitely look at doing some vids going through the special effects. HDR works best in good lighting so as long as you have that then HDR is great to use... I prefer shooting in the standard profile as I've found vivid sometimes doesn't give me full flexibility when colour correcting, but equally some shots that I've done in vivid come out so good I don't even need to do any colour correcting. Just shoot a couple test shots using the different modes and play around with it to see what works best for u

Hi. Great video. I have recorded Timelapse. I have downloaded from camera to studio for insta 360 x3 on iPad. When I go to stories and select “create video” the clip whilst in albums does not appear here.l I have searched and searched cannot find out why?
thanks man 😀 so, there's 2 different options to choose from at the top, 'app album & phone album' I would personally save the clips to the phone album as its more reliable in locating them. Hopefully that will make them appear for u 🤞🏽

Do you advise how many seconds between keyframes for a smooth transition?
it really depends on the look ur going for... I can't really put a number on it but what I would advise is don't go over board and add too many keyframes in, especially too close together. Sometimes that might be the look ur going for, for example a fast paced type of video but other times u might want things to be more slower. Make sure u add the smooth transition effect in between each keyframe to make it more smoother

Hi regarding adding music, if you use the 360 app there is free music, how can you get copyright-free music (without paying for it) to use in videos?
I personally use a website called 'artlist' but u do have to pay a monthly fee... I have heard of a couple of websites called 'uppbeat' & 'bensound' that offers free music for u to use in TH-cam videos so may be worth u checking them out

How do you download Insta360 studio app to MacBook. I can’t find it in App Store
download it direct from the insta360 website, it’s not in the App Store

How do you put two videos into one?
Unfortunately u cant currently do it thru the insta360 studio, you'll have to export both clips individually and put them together in ur normal editing software

I find the picture is too sharp otherwise
