I'm a huge fan of Seinfeld but I have to say, her podcast "Wiser Than Me" is AMAZING! She is so open about her life and the guests are truly wise women with so much experience and knowledge. I just finished season 2 a couple of days ago (Julie Andrews's interview) and if you haven't listened yet, I highly recommend it!

I assumed most of the audience for Wiser Than Me was female, but I'm a guy who thinks it's a terrific podcast and I'm glad I'm not alone in that. I highly recommend it, too - it's two intelligent, accomplished people talking about life in a thoughtful way.

There's an old movie about death and losing a child, "On Borrowed Time", with Lionel Barrymore, in which Death makes an appearance. Barrymore's "Gramps" character loves his grandson more than life. It's a stunning morality play. I look forward to seeing Julia's performance.

She made Elaine a classic, and continues to have outstanding performances, but no mention of her Renaissance in Veep?

My mother wasn't able, as a Malignant Narcissist.
And now I have terminal bone, liver and lung cancer. The doctors are just trying to keep me comfortable with pain meds, and then I can go home and live however much time I have. No...my mother could Never even understand the concept of loving her only child. But God loves me and I have a few dear, good friends who love me.
I love you, if you feel unloved by your mother. 💞

Puhlease... It was Larry David who discovered JLD not Seinfeld and JLD has a far more respectable career than Seinfeld could ever dream of.

She had a career before Seinfeld and was already a familiar face before that show. Yes, the Seinfeld sitcom shot her to superstardom but we will never know what other opportunities might have come her way during that time had she not been on that show. And by the way, all she did was express her point of view on a topic. Surely Jerry Seinfeld isn't personnally offended just because she has a different point of view and is her own person.
