I don't take care of my nails and rarely polish. Just can't be bothered. These are PERFECT for people like me! SO easy. When I use the liquid they start wearing out the next day. These LAST! If there is any wear it's minimal at the tips/top edge. I'm never using liquid polish ever again!

They’re amazing! I started using them almost 2 years ago and love the time and money I save from not going to the salon! To take them off, use Mineral Fusion remover (easy on your skin and nails), cotton and nails clips! They come off super easy that way. :)

Mineral fusion yes. Easiest way. Get a bowl of warmest water you can stand. Ziploc baggie. Put a little bit of mineral fusion in Ziploc baggie and put fingertips in and rub fingertips. Watch it disappear. Amazing on the glitter ones.

With your nails at that length, When you applied that first pinkie nail strip, I'd have used the scissors to cut it then immediately used the left over piece of strip on your other pinkie nail. Smooth both of them out, then go onto the next two nails. :-) LOVE Color Street!

These are hit or miss for me. Depends on which color I get. They do last a few weeks. Except sometimes they do lift and get stuck in my hair. I’ve had some that, once opened, would never stick again for a 2nd mani. I found that the best way to remove them is cotton ball soaked in nail polish remover and wrap in foil. Wait 3-4 minutes and viola! The worst thing is that you used to be able to buy them in drugstores, but then they went MLM 😔

I've bought 12 pair so far. It took 3-4 times before I finally could put them on and it look nicely. Some trial and error for sure. I love the different designs and absolute no drying time. I usually just peel them off to remove them when I'm ready to apply a new design. My only complaint is they only last a few days which I think is partly due to the kind of job I have.

Use Seche Vite top coat. Not the gel tho. The regular thickens over time and turns into a gel. regular
Make sure the brush gets close up to the cuticle. Make sure you don’t flood the cuticle withered it will just dry white and then fall off. You want to coat the edge of the wrap. So it didn’t lift up and snag your hair or peel away.
Don’t pull or stretch the strip. It then makes it rough on the tips and shrinks in jaggedly. Size it, lay it flat, press edges down, wrap it around your edges and rub the edge some may need you to cut or file the edge.
Day 3-5 add the Seche Vite Top Coat. You should be set for about 10more days.
I also use Dashing Diva and Lilly n Fox wraps and those are thicker wrap strips, which are the ones you have to still file off the edge of nail. Sometimes the edge is difficult to smooth out if you just file it. But once you get the edge right use a top coat and those Dashing Diva wraps last 28 days. Full disclosure I wore my first dashing diva for 2.5 months!! Matches the outgrow w a Sally Hansen polish.

When removing I start at the cuticle and rub coconut oil in and gently pry a little bit up on all of my nails. I I keep doing that and it takes a period of time. They just don’t come right off. At least I don’t just ripped them off! I keep applying Coconut oil and shoving them with my thumbnail until they come off.

Hey hun! I’m actually an independent stylist with Color Street and I’ve heard from other stylists that if this happens you can use a qtip, put a little nail polish remover on it, and run it around the edge of the strips, and it’ll smooth them down so you won’t be catching your hair! I hope that helps!

no its NOT a waste! Really, I spent many years and ton of $$ at the salon...These are easy to apply...LAST atleast 3 weeks...I work in retail opening boxes...always washing my hands.. easy to take off as well...still a bit of soak but if you have the "clips" that helps ALOT...but not as long as soaking off gel polish... NO "sheet prints" hehe You can apply and go right to bed. also no knuckle painting. My nails seem healthier and stronger, maybe due to the "Manicure" I give myself before apply. I also find the longer you wait before applying a clear top coat (Not needed) the better. since they are 100% polish they with shrink as the "cure" but not that you notice... so letting them do their "thing" before "sealing" them with a top coat allows for "no lifting"...Give 'em a chance you WON'T be sorry :)
